Developers to get 100% revenue from sales at the Meizu appstore In a bid to encourage better development for its appstore, China’s Meizu will be making no profit from sales through its appstore, while developers will get 100% of the revenue.
Like most other smartphone vendors from China, Meizu has its own appstore where everything from applications to themes can be downloaded by Meizu users. However, unlike most other companies, Meizu has announced it will not be cutting a slice from the developers profits, which is bound to attract more developers to the Meizu appstore.
Meizu also offer an SDK for easier app development, which can be downloaded at developer.meizu.com. The Meizu appstore can be accessed at app.meizu.com. With their ambitions of going global, we can expect English versions of both these sites sooner rather than later.

How to promote your apps by getting real installs and reviews for FREE

Today I want to introduce a new project called ReviewsMotion (http://reviewsmotion.com), which will be very useful for indie developers who want to promote their apps and rank higher in the main app stores.
ReviewsMotion is a community where users can sign up for free, add their apps into the platform (iOS and Android), review other apps and start receiving reviews in the AppStore and Google Play.
Give a review – Receive a review, it’s just that simple
We hope you like it!
What do you think about this community? Give us your feedback!
And below, a picture that explains how does the community work:

LeEco financial woes getting worse

Being sued by Vizio and delaying payment to their Chinese staff, which is nearly always a precursor to bankruptcy. Very doubtful that we will see any more official updates for our device I think.

Hopefully there's disgruntle employee releasing source code for nougat

The people who actually built our phones are yet to be paid. Well done LeEco.

No wonder our phone so cheap. All parts are gotten with just 40% of the payment to some of the supplier. That is why our phone price is just half or three quarter of the nearest competitors that is OP3 or Xiaomi.
Yes, I know. It seems no one in the market is interested in taking over LeEco Mobile part.
It seems LeEco won't build any Smartphone in the next future with new CEO in charge.
