It depends on the popularity and how much developer interest there is in a phone for it to be considered for it's own sub forum. Also, Moderators to not create forums, the Admins and MC"s do.

If you are talking about the tag line at the end of your post (the "Sent from..."), the XDA App gives you the option to change the signature to pretty much whatever you please. I believe that the option is under Settings within the XDA App.

Same brand name as the ZTE Blade? Come on. That's hardly a reason to litter our forum. It's like buying a Nexus 7 and posting in the Transformer Prime forum. Reason : "uuh Asus made both so I thought I'll get help?"

There is a thread where you can request a new device forum to be added, however do not expect anything to happen until there is enough development.
