Android L confirmed for Android One devices finally!!

Google India has finally announced that they will roll out the update next week..and best news about that is we will be the first to get 5.1 Lollipop (yes...you heard it right, 5.1 not 5.0.2).. It has also been mentioned on the official Android One site as "Fastest Android ever, Android 5.1 Lollipop".. In Indonesia Google has already started to shift devices with 5.1 Lollipop. All the pictures and tweets are confirmed.
hoping that it happens soon

Google had also said to provide lollipop "BY THE END OF JANUARY" which obviously didn't happen.... i don't believe what google india said.. But i also saw the android one website of indonesia.. If google doesn't give us updates, soon we will get ported roms of the devices launched there.. So it is a relief..

Google never officially came out and said that it will be available at the end of January..it was believed by many sites actually..but this time Google has came out officially and confirmed..its just that they didn't mention anything about 5.1 which many news sources are claiming.. That's what we need to see if it is 5.0.1 or 5.1 (sorry for bad English)

Email the OSRC for Lollipop Sources for Kernel

Update:
We can't get the kernel source until we officially get Lollipop so I am locking this for now. I'll re-open when they begin to roll out upgrades for our device so that we can request the source then.
If you're not sure why I'm requesting this, these links HERE and HERE should be explanation enough. If you're unsure why this is important I'll explain it below.
Directions to Request Kernel source for N910T:
1.) Go here - OSRC Email Link
2.) Fill in information accurately and ensure that for "Inquiry type" you select "Request for source code"
3.) Model is SM-N910T
3.) Write in the message box something like, "I'm writing you to request the source codes for the SM-N910T Android 5.0.1 Update. Thank you!"
4.) Check the box, "I agree to the use of my personal information" you can read about it by clicking the link
5.) Hit send and do this once per day. I got this information from This Post (Please thank him while you are there)
Reasons to do it: The 5.0.1 Lollipop U.S. build ROM is going to be delivered to us sometime between now and the end of the year. However, taking steps to have access to the kernel source will give developers some insight into what they can build with it, what to expect, and give them a head start on building for our model of the Note 4. So I encourage you to take part in this and send an email once per day so maybe we too can get access to these files like Friedrich got.
And if you need one more reason to do this, here is a benchmark: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59116214&postcount=2668 and this one too http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59116766&postcount=2674
Just did
count me in, done!

EDIT: "he 5.0.1 Lollipop U.S. build ROM is going to be delivered to us sometime between now and the end of the year"
I am quite confused as to the idea that it MAY not be released until later in the year... ?

It was a bad joke, no one knows when it will release so I just said that to be witty. It is not expected to take until the end of the year for release.

Although I've not tried the ROM listed above, I've successfully flashed the 93.11 OTA ROM in this linked guide by Techburner onto a UK retGB XT1642 (G4 Plus, dual SIM). https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/guide-install-official-december-nougat-t3518262 . From what I remember, the ROM in this guide was captured from the most recent deployed OTA update by Motorola.
Bear in mind with this guide you need to be on the 139-63/64 Marshmallow firmware for flashing. I recall the ROM off cloud.mail.ru does not require any firmware checks and others appear to have success with the ROM, as always your mileage may vary.
There are reports coming out that the EU might get the official Nougat firmware this month, but we'll have to see exactly when: http://www.gsmarena.com/european_ro...ugat_update_set_for_this_month-news-22554.php
