please let me know.. because i am wondering how else would i control the android stick? i dont have a usb keyboard/wirleess keyboard
is there anything i can do via jailbroken iphone?

Bluetooth is typically off by default.
You will probably need a mouse and keyboard to navigate into settings and type any pairing codes. So yea you'll need something.
I recommend an RC11 Air Mouse/Keyboard ~$20

[Q] Nexus 4 using with disability

Hello,
My name is Adriaan Aerts, I am 40 years old and I have a muscular atrophy so I am in an electric wheelchair. I live in The Netherlands.
The reason for my e-mail to you is I want to buy a mobile phone which I can control all by myself by using using a USB mouse. Actually I am a 100% Apple-user, but unfortunately it's not possible to control an iPhone or iPad with a mouse. So that's the reason why I would like to buy an Android device which is fully on screen to control. As you know the LG Nexus 4 has no hardware buttons. (I can not use my hands for that, so on screen control is important)
I know that it's possible to control the Galaxy Nexus with a USB mouse.
I've seen the LG Nexus 4.
I have two questions and can someone check these 2 important questions for me:
1. Can you control the LG Nexus 4 with a USB mouse?
2. If the LG Nexus 4 gets into his stand-by mode (After for example 30sec. not using it) can you "wake it" by clicking or moving the mouse?
I hope someone will help me with these questions. Ofcourse you can also mail me. mail-add-adriaanaerts-dot-nl
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Adriaan Aerts
Is it at all a possibility to use a Bluetooth mouse?

No, it not possible to use a Bluetooth mouse, cause my wheelchair has a infrared mouse which I have to use.
So I need to connect USB infrared mouse by using a micro USB adapter.
I already have that adapter and it works on a Galaxy Nexus, but I prefer a Nexus 4.
Reasons: Jelly bean and 2gig memory.

I don't quite follow that logic (sorry), but you could try this:

Enable OTG for the Nexus 4. Never tried it myself, but others seem to report success.
You use iPhone a so your not gonna figure out how to fastboot flash root or anything. As we all know you need a power source (y cable) a custom kernel. So get a different phone. Get the Optimus g. Has micro sd, lte, and I believe otg support(btw otg is needed for use of usbs mices keyboards) with the same exact hardware as a Nexus 4(but it has hardware keys) . You can even flash the same rom for a Nexus to a Optimus g.

Bluetooth keyboard

I bought the Logitech keyboard for my nexus and this morning I cannot pair the two? It has worked fine up until I got to class this morning. I use this feature so much that it renders this thing worthless to me. Anyone have any ideas? Can I go back to 4.1? I use this for school so much and if I can't get it paired I'm going to get rid of it because its useless without it might as well go back to a laptop.

Motorola BT Keyboard & Mouse

I have a Motorola BT Keyboard & Mouse that I have had since my Motorola Atrix days. The mouse connects right away but the keyboard won't. It shows up in the devices but when I go to connect it flashes a code to type in, it flashes so fast you cannot read a code let alone enter it in time.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
anyone?
Are you running 4.2.2?

[Q] How many Blue tooth devices...

How many Blue tooth devices can i have active at the same time? I just discovered I can have my keyboard and a wireless headset synced at the same time. Can I add a third device? I wanted to get rid of my OTG wired mouse and purchase a wireless mouse and leave the port open for charging. With this setup I won't have to ever carry my laptop around as this provide everything I need on a portable computer.

I've used a BT mouse and keyboard on my N7 simultaneously. Though I don't have a BT headset or stereo headphones yet, I'm willing to bet that it could be added to the mix, as it uses a different BT profile.

Bad news, for some reason my keyboard is repeating strokes. I suspect the addition of the wireless mouse had something to do with it. Anyone else experienced this before?

A BT keyboard may repeat strokes anyway. Get 'external keyboard helper' from the play store, and you can configure things like repeat delay to help sort it out.

Thank you so much Sir! I will try this out before I return my new mouse. :highfive:

Nope, that didn't work for me. Thanks for the suggestion! I am using a regular OTG wireless keyboard and I do not have the repeating key problem. I might buy a OTG+ charging cable in order to use my tablet as a laptop and charge it at the same time.
