What features are available in CM10.1 - Nexus Q Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a Nexus Q and have been actively using it since GoogleIO2012. I love the functionality that lets different people play youtube videos.
What features are available the in CM10.1 mod? I have read through the other threads and it seems like things are changing every day.

This belongs in general or q&a not development.

Rockbox in my opinion, have been using it on my iaudio and apple MP3 for years and now on android. It supports nearly all audio formats, provides lots of features. One drawback for the android port is that the default UI is not very good looking, but it is highly customizable and you can change it to anything if you are willing to invest some time.
I have try the mortplayer, that's so easy to use,and friendly with the folder scan, before i use that,i really love google music player, but i confused after i download some music, and i try to move to other folder, the google music can play the track, does anyone have got this problem

Running hulu website on Nexus 7

So I found a thread over on the Acer a100 thread about running the hulu website on the browser and was wondering if this would be compatible on our devices since it's on jellybean. Here is the link

Not unless you can hack the flash apk and make it look like the desktop version of flash. Hulu looks at the flash player itself to know if its desktop, mobile, etc.

The thread referenced is an app that changes the flash mobile files over to fake being flash desktop files, seeing how flash is unsupported in JellyBean, you may have a bit of trouble getting this to work.
OP, even if the that works, it's way to much effort for sub-par movies on hulu.

[Q] Dual screen on Nexus 7?

This is my first post, and yes, I really did watch the noob video at the beginning. I browsed through the Nexus 7 General, Nexus 7 Q&A/Troubleshooting, and a few other Nexus 7 forums and didn't find any discussion on this topic. I'm not sure what the term is for what I'm searching for so I admit tthat may have thwarted my search attempts. What I'm referring to is the Galaxy Note's ability to run 2 apps simultaneously, each taking up half the screen. My question is, can that be done on a Nexus 7?

Well, the galaxy note can only do it with s-app's so it's in reality rather gimmicky and not very practical. AOSPA rom has a multi-tasking implementation that you may want to explore, called halo, which works for ANY app. It enables an app to be opened in a small window in the center of the screen: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I13bKSTrNX0
With an AOKP nav bar (from AOKP or all-in-one roms) you can add a "last app" button that will allow you to quickly switch back and forth between two apps which I feel like is a much more practical form of multi tasking. Just think of a netbook with a 10" screen, you dont have enough screen real estate to have two windows open side by side most of the time. Being able to toggle between two quickly would be the best thing.
Well, the default 'recent apps' button in Jellybean works fine for that, but I watch a lot of hours-long debates on YouTube and hate the way it pauses the video every time I switch briefly to another app (say, to reply to an email or to open a browser). Is there a way to keep YouTube videos running in the background so the audio keeps playing even when the YouTube app isn't showing on the screen, or indeed even when the screen is locked?

There was a YouTube that had that. Last I saw it was when I used Paranoid Android. It would also keep audio on when the screen was off. I'd if it was a modified YouTube app though.

There is also an app in the market calls floating youtube. Popup player.
It plays your youtube videos in a resizeable window.
It will stay playing on top of other apps.
It does have some bugs, but it is free.

[Q] Nexus 7 ROM that supports MX Player's HW+

Hey all!
I'm looking for the fastest, cleanest, and lightest Nexus 7 ROM without the extra mods that most custom ROMs have. Also, it must support MX Player's HW+ mode because I mainly use it to view .MKV and 10-bit videos.
There are so many custom ROMs for Nexus 7 but I don't know which one suits my needs.
Anyone got any suggestions?
Thanks!
I have the perfect solution for you.
Ready?
Start flashing ROMs and find out what suits your needs.

Thread closed,
This is classed as an off-topic thread as it is not specific to the HTC One. OT threads are not allowed in device specific forums. The OT section in XDA would be better for things like this. Please see the link in my signature.
