What do u need to have LTE 4g in Mexico and many others America Movil Carriers - RAZR HD General

Many users ask me about why the Razr HD wont get LTE 4G in Mexico even flashing the modem and fsg and theres the first things that u need...
1. A data plan.
2. A v6 micro SIM
3. Go to Telcel and ask them to activate the 4g service on your telephone line.
4. If youre already flashed a jb rom be sure to flash the modem and fsg from telcel rom.
If u dont have one of this reqs ur not gonna have 4g!

No 3g on any rom except stock [vzw]

I haven't been able to use 3g on any custom rom ever since the sprint gingerbread leak. I been too lazy to get a logcat for it till now because I primarily use it on wifi. I have the 3g icon in the notification tray but nothing will load. I would appreciate any help. Currently running AOKP build 32.

now on build 34.. same here... no 3g
did anyone find a solution or fix for this ?
the only custom rom that i have had 3g work on is Overcome 7 Series
are they using a different modem ??
can i flash the modem they use into build 34 using odin or is that a totally DUMB question ??
please help
What I was told on "the other site" is that the modem is locked and not modifyable by us even in Odin or heimdall.
Sent from my SCH-I500 using Tapatalk 2 Beta-5
Yeah I know I asked stimpz0r and he is working on the issue and is going to release a new build with a different modem file that is compatible :-D
Sent from my GT-P1000 using xda premium
Stimpz0r's build is for GSM.
This is about CDMA.
Don't mix them around.
Sent from my GT-P1000 using XDA
I'm using a GSM tab which currently only works over wifi
So I'm hanging out for stimpz0r's update
But i didn't realise that vzw was cdma... thanks for the fill in
Sent from my GT-P1000 using xda premium
BTW, a bit off topic.
But you and I are in Australia with Optus network?
JPZ modem included in Stimpz0r should work fine.
I know it should but it doesn't seem to, I ask stimpz0r if I could just flash a new modem in and he warned against it so I'm just going to wait for build 35 and hope it has an optus friendly 3g modem included

[Q] Is there any way to flash in international 9505 rom into the ATT model?

I just ordered on att's website. Just wondering if you can flash in international/regional rom for the 9505 into the 337.

No...you'll brick your device.

Just wait, you will soon. Just like how all the US sgs3 had interchangeable roms with a few tweaks.
Wait for those tweaks.

You know this for a fact because ?
They have the same chipset, the only thing I wouldn't flash is the modem.

so can i download an 9505 official rom and be able to flash it to my phone?
Ask s developer, don't think e can answer for sure. The bootloader isn't even unlocked yet.
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Nobody knows for sure at this point.
It would be nice if it turned out like my I9100M, where I flashed it with the I9100 ROM and then my phone was an I9100 from then on. They too had the exact same hardware.

Newby here (to the RAZR M)

What is required to (firmware version) root, unlock and flash a custom recovery?
I've looked here in the forums but I couldn't find anything. Unless if I'm blind as a bat. Haha.
But seriously.
Thank you anyone who helps out.

Update to the official 4.1.2, use Matt's 1.20 utility to root, unlock, and flash a recovery.

Matts utility will do all the work for you. Just make sure you have a full battery charge.
I did it. Its unlocked and currently running the latest Cm10.1.
Wish I could change the start up screen though. Then again I don't really restart my phone that often.

Canadian 4.3 official radio dumps

It would be great if someone could make flashable zips of the official canadian rom radios (preferably rogers for me).
They have been out for a few days and it doesn't seem like anyone is working on it.
Any dev wants to take this on? I will donate a couple bucks
I second this notion, I could use a Telus or bell radio
EDIT: Maybe firmware as well?
I'd like to have that too.
Now that some of the official 3.23 OTAs have been posted (Bell) it should be an easy process.
agreed
+1
Yup I'm down for this, really would love it for bell, my lte has been garbage after I updated the radio with the international radio

Made a flashable radio update zip from the 4.3 Bell update(3.23.666.1). Should say 4A.20.3263.16_10.38k.1157.04L after the update.
Tested and fully working
Instruction:
1. Download via the link provided
2. Flash via recovery
3. Show me some love
https://docs.google.com/uc?authuser=0&id=0B5HXoeGr24cdM0RRdndzbmlHbzg&export=download
If anyone can provide me the radio.img extracted from Telus or Rogers update, I can work on that as well, but I believe this will do.
I can also provide the fastboot flashable upon request.

The lines are already there after feature set...i have Open in that sentence..first replaced with csc Xeo which has lte in original 5.0..reboot in recovery..clean only cache..not working. Give it another try..change xeo with oya as it is in the proposed sentences..reboot recovery clear cache only..reboot....and..it works like a charm...soooo simple. Greetings. Hope the attach can be seen.
