[Q] DualBoot Wp7 and android?

Just Installed Windows Phone 7 on my HD2 and I was wondering if there's a way to Dual boot Windows phone 7 and Android Either SD builds or NAND builds.
Thanks in advance
Can you not run Haret or whatever other android loader you have from your wp7 file explorer? P.S. I haven't installed WP7 yet, I need to know if Dual Boot is possible
I can't even find a file explorer
so far I like really the looks of WinPhone 7 but I miss the Functionality
There is a guide for this under the android dev forums, its one of the stickies.
You can still run android from SD with magldr... you just have to either partition your sd card or switch sd cards used for wp7 and android. WP7 doesn't run winmo apps. And doesn't come with file explorer, but schaps made a file explorer called touchexplorer that you can install. Read around the forums, there are directions allover for this stuff. I have WP7 on my nand right now with a 16gb card, and I'm about to setup my 32gb card to run android off of.
Thanx, so I have an 8 GB card and i'm Currently runing WinPhone 7
I don't Know exactly how to partition it and the method to run android too is there a guide?
and will it be NAND or SD build?
and if both of them run will Both OS's be able to see same Music, Photos, etc.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=913815
Here's a guide.
And no, they won't be able to see same music or anything... they will be completely seperate partitions and can't read each other. WP7 will be on NAND and Android is ran from SD card.
Thank u so much
just another Question plz
Android can't be run from NAND also as a second operating system, it must be an sdcard build right?
Edit: Ignore that found the answer in the thread which is no it must be ran from SD
Thanx again

Assuming you mean Windows Phone 7.... I'm a newb at this (owned my HD2 for maybe a month now), and I've used the search extensively... Have you Task29'ed your phone yet? That will clear *everything* on it, and then you just need to reflash magldr or clk onto it, and then CWN.
I've installed WP7 a couple times and removed them that way. You will probably want to grab the panasonic sd card formatter, as it is the easier way to reformat your sd card so you can use it again after using it with WinPhone7.

You don't need to Task29 just to reflash Android.
Just hold down the power button until the MAGLDR menu comes up, go to USB Flasher and flash clockwork mod (latest version), then download the ROM of your choice from the development section, put in on your SD card and open Clockwork through 'AD Recovery' on the MAGLDR menu then go to install from zip and choose the ROM you've downloaded.

Is there any one you can recomment me ....
usually I read about it and test ..... but I just want to give it a try.... and dont want to touch my running system ...so far.

dxdy said it. Any Windows Phone build must be installed and run from the NAND memory. So you could backup your Android system (with NANDroid), backup SD-card, and install WP the way you'd normally do it. You'd always have your Android build backed up and packed away. It's easy to restore it, if you don't like WP.
Other than that, the only way to dualboot the two systems is with SD Android and some special SD-partitions, as far as my knowledge goes to.

What can be installed without SD-card

Hi
I just wanted to know what operating system beside windows mobile 6.5 I can install on a HD2 without an SD-card?
I know it's the best to get an SD-card for installing something else than WM6.5, but I get the HD2 tomorrow and the SD-card arrives to the retailer on Monday, so I can't wait to get going. I mostly wanted to install Android 4.x.x on it, but from what I read, it's almost impossible to install Android on it without an SD-card.
Welp, you can't install Android on SD, that's for sure, and installing WP7 without it is not a good idea since the OS takes majority of internal memory and you are left few megabytes. You can also install some old Android ROMs which are distributed not through zips, but through special exe files which are compatible with magldr. The rest (which is all the newer ROMs) needs to be installed through recovery which needs SD card to install it.
