Serious, MIUI will not happen - we dont have compatabile processor. MIUI requires ARMv7, we have v6
"MIUI Rom" you can find here - IS NOT MIUI... it's miui apked minicm

All you got to do is use his kernel. Check mikegapinski git or pcfighers git
Or check my new Cyanogenmod 7 thread it's in the startpost

Petition for Samsung to release sources

Has the say, there is a petition ongoing for samsung to release the source. I know a thread already exist in Android General section, but as a SGS II user, i dont go often on android section. I believe that a lot of people are like me and won't see the thread. I also believe that this petition might help SGS II user a lot. So, here is the link for the petition :

Question:
Since ICS for SGS2 hasn't been officialy released yet the kernel might be still under development. So what's the point of releasing unfinished kernel sources?
Next question:
In terms of Gingerbread, how long did it take for Samsung to release the sources after the actual kernel was released?
Done!
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda premium

Ics 4.0 i9100 sources out

Finally, Samsung posted them.
GT-I9100_ICS_Opensource_Update4.zip

Go cyanogen, go modders!
posting in locked thread
I just created the thread?
See here, we've already had this happen once. Devs will usually have tons of people telling them a new source is out.

Ah I see. Since I didn't see anyone commenting on that, and they are just out, I think I'd better post. Sorry mods!

Have you tried to port the Inspire 4g's CM9? It looks more stable than the Z.
And if we have desire z device files, can we compile it? :silly:
