Someone may want to try this new ROM. I have used it for a while. It's stable although there is not much change from the 2011 HC 3.2 firmwares.

I want to installs this update on my p7300. I have attached the screenshot from the about page. The current rom that I have, has parsian keyboard for both samsung keyboard and the swype. That's the only reason I switched to this rom. Is it possible to have this rom which is the latest 3.2 with the languages that I already have on swype and samsung keyboard? I have the flash files for odin of this rom which has a separate file for csc.

Never tried with separate CSC file. Some ODIN experts may want to help. You may try but don't forget to backup your ROM first. You can always restore back in case of error.
What I did was to backup swype with titanium backup and after update (which did not clear anything just did an update to 3.2) I did root and restore app+ data.
Now my swype is working with the languages I had before. But samsung keyboard is not working at all. Also I have a problem with swype which bring up an error message stating this build is not made for your screen size:1280*752.
Any suggestions?
I did a dockworkers backup before updating. Just in case.

The links I give is the proper modifications for CM7 7.1.0 stable (most recent stable release of CM7) all you have to do is flash the update zip and the restore is for just in case you want to uninstall. After you flash the zip, install the app from the market and welcome to full privacy. Don't know about support for other roms.

NOTE: If you want to patch a different rom image than the CM 7.1.0, DO NOT use the 1.32 patcher it will cause bootloop, use the one below! The original app's thread talks about this issue.

No, I provided a link to the creator's thread, just made the patch for CM7 to save everyone time.
Only part that doesn't work is Google maps can still get GPS loc. Other than that, other apps can't get it, or other info you block.
Edit: if you provide a link to your ROM, and it is deodexed, I will patch a zip for you.

I have recently made the mistake of flashing my device to a Chinese stock rom,
but now I think that I have restored everything except for the CSC,
and when I try to change it from within CSC Changer (yes my device is rooted btw) it doesn't show the current CSC or offer me any CSC's to select...
When I boot into recovery it shows CHN as the CSC... so does anyone know if there is a way for me to flash my device with a non-Chinese CSC?
If the app doesn't show anything, it means that there is no CSC to change. The ROM is maybe a single CSC rom. Try doing a full factory reset and it should be solved.

Yet even after doing a factory reset just now (Wiping Data, Cache & Dalvik Cache) it still shows what you see below...

Hi guys,
I have an Unlocked Galaxy S5 G900H. Few days ago I flashed Argentina ROM for G900H and the process went successful. But when I connected my phone to Kies, it started showing multiple Firmwares. Then I Flashed Stock ROM back, but the multiple firmwares are still there. And as a result Kies cannot be used to upgrade or emergency firmware recovery.

Re flashed stock ROM but no luck. IF there's some special way I need to do it in odin, please let me know.
Did Factory Reset Multiple Times but nothing.

root your phone and in the playstore download csc changer open app and change your csc code to what it should be . this will wipe your data tho ,okay do at own risk.regard's.

I dont think CSC changers work on Android 4.4.2. They did used to work on older versions. So this is not a choice.

Can you not downgrade your firmware. Or you could try the hidden code's. They may work.

Steps of Update:
1. Check software version of your device**
2. Download the image and then put the file into the root directory of the device internal storage
3. Only apply to same SKU update, Example: WW->WW, CN->CN, TW->TW.
4. Software update cannot transfer the software SKU and downgrade the software version.
5. Wrong SKU may cause update failure, please update the same SKU version only.
6. When occurred unexpected password key in request during upgrade to Android 10 please follow below link to recover the system.
