I already updated 1.69.401.01 with U2M7740.xap
See relevant thread
[U2M7740 XAP]Update from NoDo/Mango 7720 to Mango 7740 with total unlock by ansar
But do not push it to the hTC Update after Mango 7.10.7740.16
hTC Update updates the bootloader to 4.5.xxx and for OEM returns an error
This is under investigation
The provided here 5.10.401.06 ROM has it all

I'm not sure if it's just me or... but when the language is set at English(UK) the phone function and the cellular setting are not accessible... not sure about the other languages though... Seems to me like the 7400 language pack is not present for the language... Or should I set it in U2M8107 instead?

I can confirm that the 3G data settings and the phone function do not work on my Mozart, UK also.
I'm sure Ansar will fix soon as he cooks great roms.

I'm going to flash/unlock my new Mozart updated (locked) to 5.12 with zune...
I do not want to brick it so:
1 - I'll flash with rom update this RUU_Mozart_HTC_Europe_5.11.401.01_SLSPL_Signed_by_ansar to downgrade bootloader
2 - I'll flash with rom update this RUU_Mozart_HTC_Europe_1.30.401.01_5.54.09.21_22.33b.50_RELEASE
3 - I'll install HSPL with DFT_XSPL_WP7FG3
