Hi,
1st of all you have been warned
Although the ROM does not contain an SPL it MAY not harm the device but is NOT tested
Safety 1st, so wait for a TMOUS custom ROM with TMOUS relevant XIP included and the rest as hTC_Europe_1.69
Also delete in your post the quote content because the post #1 is updated and probems may occur

this is a cooked ROM so you cant use Goldcard method for this ROM, at least i think its cooked

Ok I have got a little problem. When I have installed Mango 7403, Zune tells me that I am up to date. Why don´t I get the 7712 Update?? I repeated the whole installation but no chance. =(
Will you release this Rom as Mango Beta too? Would be easier for us or does it take too long?
Can anyone please attach the update_mango_xbmoddeployer.xap here? I have a crappy connection and do not want to download the entire beta client (had downloaded one before ansar posted) Thanks

You need to uninstall the current version of zune(4.8) and go back to a earlier version(4.7). After you do this, download the archive i've attached and just open update.bat. You will get a prompt to update to 7712

Just flash an original rom for that without removing SPL_signed.nbh and you're good to go! Otherwise, just install rspl and once back in the tri-color screen, just flash the rom of your choice.

If the version in your phone is also as a stock ROM you can return to this any time
See in Setting/about info what version already there is in your phone

How to install this update U2M7720_V1.2. I flashed my mozart with ansars custom rom, ( RUU_Mozart_HTC_Europe_4.06.401.01_Radio_5.69.09.05 a_22.50.50.21U_Mango_7720_custom_by_ansar) but no idea how to install this update...

I already updated 1.69.401.01 with U2M7740.xap
See relevant thread
[U2M7740 XAP]Update from NoDo/Mango 7720 to Mango 7740 with total unlock by ansar
But do not push it to the hTC Update after Mango 7.10.7740.16
hTC Update updates the bootloader to 4.5.xxx and for OEM returns an error
This is under investigation
The provided here 5.10.401.06 ROM has it all
