I'd like to make a sticky of all working games for each tablet with the last released firmware.
I only have a 70 it one so I'm splitting it into 3 lists (70 it, 101 it, 32 it, and more if people contribute)
I'll update them when I get some more feedback
To contributors :
Give me : the full name as shown in the market - the working version - and a comment on how it feels and look
If no version is specified, it means that It can be downloaded from the market, so latest version should work (if not make us know !)
Flawless
means the game is fully playable, in full screen, and no important information is hidden by the Archos menu bar.
Good
means the game is playable, but it can be a little laggy some times,
or some information is hidden by the Archos menu bar, but without consequences for the playbility !
Not so bad
means you can play the game but it can be sluggish,
or some important button or information is hidden by the Archos menu bar.

homerun battle 3d free works fine
steam birds works fine but has a slight cutoff due to buttons
guns n glory free works amazingly and is perfect for a tablet

You have to play around with the market hack.
Once you have installed the market with Gapps4archos or whatever, go to :
- Parameters / Applications manager / All / Android Market
> clear cache / force stop (DO NOT CLEAR DATA !!)
- Parameters / Applications manager / All / Google Services Framework
> clear DATA / Force stop
- Reboot, launch market and try to find it (it's less than a Euro in France !)

Just wanted to let you all know that I test Krazy Kart Racing on my Archos 70IT and it worked very. I didn't notice any problems, but it is very annoying trying to turn around after being crashed into a wall haha.
EDIT: Can you tell me which type of .apk I should use for the Sims 3 on my Archos 70 tablet? I'm not sure which devices have the same settings and screen size to compare to when downloading games. I tried one but it didn't work. I hope this makes sense; it seems the certain .apk files work on certain devices.

For me the 1.0.17 works fine, I bought it on the market after beeing able to see it with the hack mentionned above

For what Archos ?
On my 70,
Doodle Jump is playable however the score gets hidden by the menu bar. so I suppose it would be under "good"

Why does the 70 or 101 make a difference? Its pretty much the same other then size - correct?
screen resolution is different
70 is 800x480 and 101 is 1024x600 i believe
Been going crazy with the old school game emulators + Wiimote(for game contol). NESoid, SNESoid, SGENoid all work exceptionally well. UAE4Droid(Amiga emulator) works well but does not have bluetooth enabled so can't use the Wiimote with that one. All my ROMS worked without issue.
This post is here to make a List of all games playable from the market, I won't talk about emulators because it's a real pain to do.
Maybe it could be interesting to open a new topic with your experience with emu's ?
Listing all Emus and Roms you could play ...

It's true and I may be wrong but I really think that in some cases it will prevent some games from running on one or other tablet ?

let's add skype with video chat that just dropped for all of 4 phones.
These services all seem like they should be no-brainers for the tablet market.
Really nice list, it's helpful to have them broken out by category. The market experience on honeycomb is pretty, but not necessarily useful.
What is funny is that you almost 100% copied (and made some additions) this post here on XDA as well. What is not funny is that well they provided a link (and credits) to the originators of this list, you didn't even provide a link to their post (let alone the originators of this list). What is even worse is that the person who posted this in the XOOM section (which I linked to earlier) only has 10 posts, and you have 226. Shame on you...

You shouldn't make wild accusations just because you knew the list already...this cud help many ppl(I'm talkin bout iconia owners)....its easy to find something on xda.....particularly on your device's space on xda.....

I recieved my MOJO on Jan 3rd, and like all of you I was pretty let down by the amount of Play Store compatible games. Anyways, I've spent hours sideloading games as directed by MadCatz until more games become available. Honestly I've had little luck but I figured I post a thread here where we can share our experiences. The way I've been doing it is backing up my APK's with Titanium, then moving the APK and .obb files over to the MOJO - Installing the APK first, then moving the .obb file(s) before opening it. Keep in mind I own all of these games, I haven't been using a 3rd party to rip the games from the net so I can't tell you if that works.

I've also been trying to use Aptoide now, but haven't gotten any other games to work through that.
The only other games I've tried so far with no avail are:
Modern Combat 4 (Actually loads, Controller Somewhat works but missing some key controls in Gamesmart mode which make it unplayable)

Final Fantasy III (Requires Further Download, Closes)

I saw a story yesterday about Archive.org having MS-DOS games playable on your browser with no extensions or other extra downloads needed, it works nicely on my computer, then today I thought about my Fire TV, would it work? Here is what I've found so far.
My setup:
Amazon Fire TV - Rooted, no CFW
Software version: 51.1.1.0_user_511069920
USB Keyboard (Rii i8 Mini 2.4GHz Wireless Touchpad Keyboard with Mouse)
Amazon Fire Game Controller
Firefox 32.0.1
Adobe Flash Player 11.1.115.47

I've tried 2 games so far, Oregon Trail and Wolfenstein 3D. Oregon trail seems to work just fine with the USB Keyboard, it even works full screen. Wolfenstein 3D does detect the Amazon Fire Game Controller after a button is pressed, but it doesn't seem to work, even after the suggested refresh. If I try to use the keyboard I get stuck on the input menu and the only way out is going to the Fire TV home screen. Might be worth taking a look at, maybe someone can find the games that work or a way to make them work, maybe a different setup or keyboard will work better.
Why don't you use an emulator instead?
Just try DosBox - there are various versions for Android, I bet at least one will work. I remember using it on a much slower hardware with success (Tegra2 tablet).

So I tried some games Angry Birds Go & Table Top Racing and it seems I cant get to play those without mouse. :crying: Any other options out there?
you could install droidmote and play those games with the shield remote if you like
Better is you install the Full Android Rom and you can act with the shield like a normal PC. No need for sideload and with DroidMote or Bluetooth Mouse everything should work
then you need mouse and keyboard
For playing games a mouse is good and you can also use the controller tethered to the mobile or buy a 3rd party controller

That's the only you can do by try and error. When I will get my TV back from repair I will also test some games and report here
