Can i unlock CID from Bootloader mode? Because my SPV M650 not turn on, only freeze on startup image, and i don`t have communication with Activesync. I can`t find oryginal ROM: Orange PL (ID=ARTE10000, CID=ORANGB10).

Once you have downloaded the rom open up activesync then FILE>CONNECTION SETTINGS then uncheck ALLOW USB then close.
You don't need activesync to flash a rom as long as you notice the word USB at the bottom of the bootloader screen you will be able to flash a rom in the normal manner.
When the rom screen asks you about activsync connection just click OK and all should be well
I have the same problem like aplauz and "ROM version 1.12.405.01 WWE (Official Ship version)" doesn't work
You can not unlock the CID from the bootloader. The reason is that you need to install two .cab files into the OS which is impossible from the bootloader screen.
The only other way around this is to find a Cooked Rom with no ID (ie. no IPL or SPL) or if you are with T-Mobile you can download the official WM5.0 Rom from there website.

- The Bootloader Menue indicates a connection with USB
- The device manager in Windows 7 (32-bit) shows the HTC USB Hub (or something similiar)
I start the exe either as admin or directly
Any ideas what is blocking me?

Hmm for me it works! try again? Maybe make a hardrest before installing update?
The solution was too simple to think about at first hand.
just connect the phone to another USB port and it worked.

USB port disabled after installation!
Finally I could load the actual ROM version but now I am facing a serious problem:
- The phone is not even charging (no red/green light!) I tried 3 different cables & charger. Charging via plugpoint or via computer does not work.
- Even a hard reset did not solve the problem.
- The only way to charge the phone is by starting the phone in the "Connect to PC" mode (pressing the power button while holding the camera button). The red light is on.
That means there is no apparent problem with the hardware but it has something to do with the ROM version where the Micro USB port seems to be totally disabled!
X64 WIN7 ok to flash?
I tried to update my phone and it stucks on 10% then restarts on boot loader mode and I got ERROR [226] FLASH WRITE.
Tried several times and I get the same, even with other firmwares but sometimes not at 10%.
what's new in this rom ??
i have htc_europe unbranded rom installed on my mozart. can i install this rom directly to the phone? if it is yes, will the phone turned back to branded rom?

I've bought my Mozart 16GB a couple of days ago, it's from TMOB DE and it was branded.
It came with TMO_DE_1.32.111.01_5.65.09.25_22.45.50.
Firmware rev. : 2250.09.12902.401
Hardware rev. : 0004
Radio hardware ver. : A.102.0.D4
(This is after I've unbranded my device, don't know if firmware rev changes after flashing another rom)
-I've installed 1.09 TMOB DE in bootloader and got the error I was hoping for (that's the way I found I could debrand TMOB DE) and then I've flashed 1.26 HTC Europe.
-Then I've unlocked it and prevent from locking.
-Update to 7008 and then to 7392 in Zune.
It's still unlocked but the bootloader and the radio didn't update so I have 1.26 bootloader and old radio and I don't get the camera autofocus update and so on.
It's the same situation when starting with 1.28 Europe, the bootloader and radio still doesn't update to 1.30.
The question is, how can I get Nodo (7392) UNBRANDED and unlocked and have latest HTC Europe 1.30 bootloader and latest 5.54 radio?
Or could I have the 7392 unbranded unlocked with the 1.32 bootloader and radio from TMO DE? (not preferred)
Can I make myself a .nbh with the 7004 OS from 1.26 and the radio(gsm) and SPL from 1.30 and then update? (Tried with some nbh tools and I can't manage to do it, the nbh tool crashes when I try to modify the image)

Hello I found several threads with a lot of question how unock 1st gen HTC with Mango update and SPL 5.1x without special downgrades or Goldcard. Here is complete manual. Unlock is very easy.

1. Download ansar perfect ROM for Mozart 5.1x SLSPL from here

Power off your phone and then power on with holding volume down button. Wait for insatllation ActiveSync drivers and wait for establish connection. On display you will see change from serial to USB. Make sure that you have SPL 5.1x (not another one).
Extract archive and run ROM update utility, follow all important steps (manual in readme file) and start flashing procedure. A progress bar will run through the screen during the update process. !!!Dont unplug or power off phone until finish!!!
After finish your phone restart back to ActiveSync and you will see new 1.28 SPL on your screen.
2. Now you must flash you phone with standard downgraded 1.28 SPL unlocked ROM, here is for Europe HTC.

I follow you guide installing "RUU_Mozart_HTC_Europe_5.11.401.01_SLSPL_Signed_by_ansar".
When it finished the phone reboot in normal boot, shut down and the SPL is 5.11 (before was 5.12)

I try to delete the "_1.28" from this file "RUU_signed.nbh_1.28" and works
Just found that this won't work for my phone because it was bought from Orange UK. Guessing this first ROM isn't compatible then.

I'm getting error 226 (Flash Write) when flashing the first rom, I tried any thing and google it but none are as same as my problem!
I have the Telestra Mozart, tried even the official branded rom but no result please help!

As hard as i try i can't flash anything on my trophy When boot into tricolor screen the "serial"doesn't appear on the lower part of the screen.An other friend suggest that i should use Goldcard as my phone is half-bricked.I find this solution exremely dificult!!Has any friend any other advice??

This method is only for device with cv401. If u are other CV u need a Y-Cable and flash rom in USB Host Mode
