I need help guys, I had been playing with it and trying to flash a Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM on it but somehow I get stuck at 1 or 2% and reboots like nothing happened.
Now everytime I turn on the phone, it just says IPL 2.20.0002 and SPL 2.28.0000 with red green blue and a white bar at the bottom. I dont know what to do.
Put your device in to bootloader mode and flash an original carrier rom for your phone.

I used Hard SPL 3.07 to upgrade my htc touch and know all I can see on the screen is some text that says RUU on the right then IPL 2.20.0002 and SPL 2.20.000 and the screen is divided in 4 colors red green blue and white I tried to hard reset the phone but noting happend :help:

My Htc Pharos p3470 will not boot the wm6 and the system freeze when you give it power. The screen is red, green, blue and white! On the screen is this text: ONBL 1.11.0000 ; SPL 1.11.0001 and F256.
A Hardreset doesn't work it is always the same screen(red, green, blue and white).
It is very importend that i make a backup of my contacts.

sounds like you are in the Bootloader and your original rom is either gone or corrupted. Not much chance of retrieving those contacts. Were you trying to flash a rom when this happened?

you are in the bootloader! your original rom may be fine or not... dont know, but dont flash any other rom or your data is gone.
there are threads about flashing (also on the wiki) if i remember correctly you can try to exit bootloader and hope to boot. but normally you dont start in bootloader! so chances are there is a problem on your phone. you can download an original (update) rom from HTC and from the forum

I tried to flash rom but it fails at 2 or 3% saying image file corruputed which i think its right because i dont think it was unlocked so you can write any rom you want.
I also tried USPL but that i get "NO devive connected" so i cant unlocked my device to write a proper rom into it.
I did all the above with the device in boot mode (record button+reset).
Any ideea?Pls help.

T-Mobile dead loop ?
I have similar problem with my artemis. I have a HTC P3300 from T-Mobile. It started with switching itself out, then it didn't want to boot, then it began to hang on bootscreen and at the moment i cannot start it at all (even the battery is fully charged and it is pluggen in my PC).
I suspect that T-mobile build in a dead loop somewhere in the software or hardware. It looks very suspicious to me that both mdas i had from T-Mobile start to make problems exactly a month or or two after the warranty is expired. and the problems develop in the same way in deteriorating manner.
It could be that the hardware cannot take it anymore and it starts to deteriorate exactly after the second year (handy for two years contracts).
Does anyone similar experiences or anyone solved that problem.
Sorry mates I cannot provide you with any info about my PPC (radio, rom version etc.) because I simply cannot get so far to be able to see that information.

Have you tried the CMON USPL? It's on Shady's ROM (the lite one) run this first! Be in Bootloader. Hold the Record Key (left key) and by holding that press Power key to switch on! Then try to Update your ROM

trying (in vain)
to get onyx wm 6.5 on my HTC ELF went through to hard spl and then rebooted phone and seems to be stuck on four coloured screen
red,green,blue and white
displaying
IPL and SPL both 1.16.xxxx and RUU displayed in the top RH corner.
battery was at 50% when tried to Hard spl and RUU.
activesnyc is also stuck on grey!
any help appreciated greatly!!!

I have a vodafone HTC elf phone
I flashed it with this ROM onyx_6_release14_2
it worked for a while than it broke down
when I try to open it it shows up starting screen Vodafone and directly shut down and does not boot up
i changed its IPL to to 1.17.002 and its SP to 2.28.0000
but now it does not even show up the starting screen Vodfone
any Help please???
