You should be able to go into recovery and do a factory wipe (wipe data/cache) and it will remove any software locks.

How to go into recovery mode,
when i use (vol down+cam+ pwr) it show download mode only.
I Press and hold power and volume buttons.
When the Vibrant logo comes up, I release power,and I keep holding the volume rocker.
it shows the screen like this

it has some red texts. or should i say "error" or is the sdcard corrupt?
i can enter recovery mode and download mode but i cant wipe data/factory reset, i see android logo and an excalmation mark but no progress.
can i flash this using odin? or kies? im in asia region.

No i did not root it. I flashed it using odin with asian official firmware and asian pit. But unfortunately i got this red text or should i say error. I cant wipe data/factory reset. =(

This is the way how to unbrick samsung galaxy s
If you have a black screen like the one shown above and you cant boot into recovery and download mode there are three things you need to do:
1. Take Battery out
2. Connect phone to computer
3.Whilst putting battery in press Vol-Down+Power+Home button
This will boot you SGS into download mode and you can just flash a rom with odin
This won't help you if you hardbricked your phone (what usually is defined as not being able to get into download mode at all).
Add "softbrick" in title.

I think Softbrick is the term people use for the state. I had the same problem on Friday night and got a thread by searching for Phone-!-Computer on Google.
To clarify on the OP:
Step 2 is optional IMHO, I attached the phone after I got into download mode.
Also, to explain step 3: Press the three buttons, and keep them pressed while inserting the battery, and and the phone should get into download mode instantly.

You must flash stock firmware from PC using Odin.
First DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE FROM SAMMOBILE OR OTHER
AND ODIN V10.3 UP
1.OPEN ODIN AND PUT YOUR FIRMWARE TO AP SLOT
2.GO TO YOUR PHONE TO DOWNLOAD MODE BY USING VOLUME DOWN // HOME //POWER KEY AND THEN PRESS VOLUME UP TO CONTINUE.
3.CONNET YOUR PHONE TO PC
4.CLICK START BUTTOM FROM ODIN
5.NOW YOU ARE BOOTED AND YOU WILL GET YOUR STOCK.
IF YOU HAVE CUSTOM RECOVERY AND BACKUP
RESTORE FROM RECOVERY
PLEASE HIT THANK IF YOU DON'T HURT YOUR HAND.

because i try to put my last code but not work i got 1 week trying restore my zte but i just want help with the recovery i never see that my phone no have wipe factory reset!

Go to recovery and factory reset...
Power off, hold volume up and power ubtil you see the ZTE logo.
Depending which version you have you can wipe data or go to the option between the Chinese symbols that have SD in it and Cache....
A warning will come up and you have to select yes, in chinese version it is the lower option.
That should factory reset your Axon 7...

Hi to everyone. I am new to XDA. I have a problem with Tab 4. My friend wanted to flash custom rom but he is noob about this. So I took the tablet and flashed the custom rom with TWRP. Everything went smoothly until it is stuck at Samsung Galaxy Tab4 screen. I attached the photo where it was stuck. I want to boot into recovery but sadly, home button isn’t working at all. How can I boot into recovery? Please help me ASAP. I can’t do anything to it now. Sorry for bad English.

The tablet is bricked. After flashing twrp, there should be a message in the top left of the screen about set warranty bit. The picture you posted is missing the yellow text. That's bad. Try putting the tablet in odin download mode by holding the home and volume down button plus power. Then press volume up when prompted. If you can get into odin download mode, reflash the proper twrp and try again.
If you can't get the tablet into odin mode, jtag recovery is the only option, a very complicated procedure.
