Hi,
1st of all you have been warned
Although the ROM does not contain an SPL it MAY not harm the device but is NOT tested
Safety 1st, so wait for a TMOUS custom ROM with TMOUS relevant XIP included and the rest as hTC_Europe_1.69
Also delete in your post the quote content because the post #1 is updated and probems may occur

this is a cooked ROM so you cant use Goldcard method for this ROM, at least i think its cooked

Ok I have got a little problem. When I have installed Mango 7403, Zune tells me that I am up to date. Why don´t I get the 7712 Update?? I repeated the whole installation but no chance. =(
Will you release this Rom as Mango Beta too? Would be easier for us or does it take too long?

Can anyone please attach the update_mango_xbmoddeployer.xap here? I have a crappy connection and do not want to download the entire beta client (had downloaded one before ansar posted) Thanks

You need to uninstall the current version of zune(4.8) and go back to a earlier version(4.7). After you do this, download the archive i've attached and just open update.bat. You will get a prompt to update to 7712

Just flash an original rom for that without removing SPL_signed.nbh and you're good to go! Otherwise, just install rspl and once back in the tri-color screen, just flash the rom of your choice.

Hi I followed all steps, now on 7712, however when got to final step had to search for the 7720.rar pack to get the RCToRTM to get the .bat, well is not working for me, I can't get the .bat to run, I have search in order threads where they mention how to get the .bat going and so far nothing.
Any clues please?

When I try to run the .bat I get this cmd screen that flashes with the speed of the blink of an eye, thus I can't see what's the prompt on it, I'll try to make a screen shot.

Hi ansar, thanks. I finally got to see what the message said after adding "PAUSE":
" 'updatewp' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
I found in another thread that this should be added to the batch:
"C:\Program Files\Zune\updatewp.exe"
I'll try again and report back.

Hi,
Is RCToRTM folder in C:\RCToRTM ?
Also after uninstalling newer zune version, the older zune must be installed with StartZuneLocal.exe

Hi ansar, thank you. I noticed that my Zune folder was missing the update utility so I install it from:
C:\Zune\04.08.2134.00\UpdateTool\x86
Finally tried again the .bat and it all worked, now my phone is on Mango 7720. Thank you very much.

Since the TouchXperience in my phone is not working after updates, I was wondering whether to do a hard reset, however I would like to know before hand whether I'll go back then to NoDo or 7304 mango or it would stay on 7720. Any clues?

" even though my phone was set to never lock, Zune opened. Had to disconnect fone from USB then reconnect again to install XAP.

Hi,
Internet sharing can be provided with many ways:
- enabling and using data connection of the device and then tether others wirelessly by wi-fi
- enabling and using data connection of the device and then tether a PC/Laptop by usb cable or
- connecting device to a wi-fi access point with device data connection off and tether others wirelessly by wi-fi

Hi,
This is a final Mango 7720 direct flash ROM, not an update
The SPL (bootloader) has been removed due to known reasons as disabling downgrade
The Radio can be provided as a separate *.nbh, let me know if you still do need it

Don't use tom xap deployer, there is another one better that toms. I think it's XAPDeploy.

You cannot change registry like that with connection setup old way

Hi...Data connection not working, unable to get touch experience, unable to revert back to earlier backup..please help

No mobile data for me either :-/. Though the signal is there.

the cellular data connection doesn't work. everything is on,but can't access the internet.
