On an input press and hold. A window will come up. Select input method and check android keyboard.

try to compose new message..
Push
1. Messaging
2. New Message {compose new message}
below you can find {type to compose}
Long press that window
window will popup {edit text} push {input method}
then select {android keyboard}
that's it..
...input is the object in which you can write in...

Yeah, my bad. Sorry. Are you sure that you're changing setting for a keyboard you're using? Because I changed settings in my htc_ime and I'm perfectly capable of making that 'c' of yours with long press on c key...

For someone want to Disable XT9 for input your language. Because I had problem on my Pharos. I can't see suggestion word my language on Pharos.

yes i know,but it hide every symbols and leave only digits,it means i still can see all symbols except xt9 but if i tap anyone it gaves me numbers on window...
works like numlock!!!
i usually use sunnysoft touch keybord and polish language and hate T9 please help

Pls, try with "Zoomboard" Keyboard from Vito Software see link below. I'm work very fine with this software. It had Polish(214) language.

thanks for reply but i think i found better solution.install latest sktools.start sktools.choose category.under maintenance/input methods choose fingerkeyboard as default keyboard and soft reset sexperia.voilayour default keyboard is fingerkeyboard v2.cheers

Open up Skin-01-global.txt in notepad and delete the following line:
ClickSound click-0.wav
Make sure not to edit in Word, use the simple notepad you have in every Windows.

Found that in the thread. The sounds do go away in vibrate/silent mode as well.

my au key and my sym key don't work but i'm not sure if that is cause of me or cause of the keyboard

I want to ask... does it have auto-correction of mistyped words (like PCM Keyboard and the others)?
It keeps saying "no T9" for this new keyboard, but does that mean it has no auto-guess/auto-correction for your typing? because if it doesn't, its much less powerful, even if it is prettier.

fingerkeyboard doesn't mess up with the hardware key mapping.
you have probably installed some other SIP/keyboard software that modifies the registry setting.
If I install this, will the hardware keyboard lose it's suggested words?
How can i use the keypad to enter text in abc mode, ive disabled xt9 in reg but still the same on the hardware keys?
Just hold * and then select Abc.

If someone dont understand,i am trying explain in other way,the symbols on the keyboard arent in their places.they are in diferent buttons than shown on keyboard
have you changed rom?...probably your keyboard layout now is the english, search the program "advanced config" and install it, then with this you can change the keyboard layout...
yes my ROM is english,what layout shoud be that would be everything fine?
you have to set your keyboard layout..for example i'm italian and i use italian layout...

3.PLEASE POST THESE TYPES OF QUESTION IN THE SPECIFIC SECTION
