I apologize if this question is not in proper category. I had a replacement Note 3 shipped to me from T Mobile a few days ago, and I have been having trouble. I did not root it. I was trying to see if there was a software update and it told me they were not available as it had been modified. Again, I did not do anything to the phone to change anything. I checked and it said it was custom.
So, I am wondering if anyone can direct me to where I can get a copy of the Stock software for TMobile and a link as to how to do it properly as I do not want a bill for the entire phone. And I was told there was something called Triangle Away that I would need to use to remove the Custom label. Could I just use that without restoring?

A friend has damaged the phone and I can not get it up.

I've got a Credo GS4 (SPH-L720T). Probably stupidly, in Titanium Backup, I made a backup then uninstalled Samsung Hub along with other Samsung bloat. After this, screen rotation wouldn't work. I reinstalled it in TB using the backup. Rotation still didn't work. Sensor functions in games and *#0*#. I found a post indicating I should put a file with a .so extension in the system folder. After this, it hangs on the Samsung portion of the boot (just after (Samsung Galaxy S4 flashes initially). I've given it 15 minutes.
I can't get it into safe mode. It will go into recovery. I attempted to find a Sprint stock ROM and couldn't install it ("Header is wrong") about 30 seconds in, more lines of text I couldn't read because they scrolled fast, then a reboot.
So, can I get at a stock .zip for Credo or Sprint (APNs are supposedly the only difference), or can someone recommend a 4.4.2 ROM for the triband version that supports resizeable multi-window?
If someone's reasonably local (I live in Walnut Creek, CA, and work in Hercules), I'm happy to pay consulting time.

I don't know where else to put this since this phone does not have its own forum here.
Here is my problem...
My vista was rooted and I was going to sell it to a friend so I was doing a factory reset with the phones built-in option... And the stock factory reset makes it all the way to where I enter my first and last name and then after doing so I get this error...
LGsetupWizard has stopped (there are more words but this sums it up)
And then the Setup Wizard restarts.
I then go through the setup process again thinking it will go through this time... Same error message... LGsetupWizard has stopped, and it restarts itself.
I have searched for a fix for this EVERYWHERE and cannot find a fix... I cannot even find the stock rom/firmware for my device: AT&T LG G Vista D631
The official website has no download and the only "stock" ROM/firmware I can find is for the Verizon VS880 and it's counter parts...
Can ANYONE help me get this phone fixed and make it all the way through the LGsetupWizard without it looping/stopping/crashing???
Really need some help from the pros as I have exhausted all my tools/methods in finding a fix/solution.
EDIT: I am able to get into the settings menu (with fast fingers) right after I click OK to get rid of the error message.
I have turned on DEV MOD and enabled all the settings needed in order to flash stuff and put stuff onto the phone via computer USB...
How can I fix this problem if I am able to have access to DEV MOD on phone???
Problem solved.
I used LG D631 TOT DLL.rar and LG Flash Tool.
I forgot where I got these files from, but I am sure a simple search on a search engine will help you find them.
After I got it to boot back up, I used TitaniumBackup and found that LGSetupWizard was "frozen"... So I unfroze it and did the factory reset again and it went all the way through the LG Setup.

I came across this forum in hopes of fixing this phone that I preciously loved. I wanted to get rid of the common issue with this phone that has that "com.android.phone has stopped working". Does anyone have the full file of this root? Sharp still has the website but no download link.
If nothing turns up, Can anyone verify If this is the stock rom for 306SH?
