Does anyone have of a picture in the same style as the ones on the forum home? The pic posted above has a white background and was shot at an oblique angle.
We would need a straight on shot without a background.

I think you're referring to macro. I am pretty sure Trinity doesn't come with a macro lense. At least my P3600i doesn't. Wish I have it though.. :{

I think the ones you found are mainly for zooming. I don't think it will help you take photos of items at a close range. For me, I really want it for taking photos of text on paper.
I have used the lens from an eyeglass to do this on an old digital camera that had no macro function. You can buy these eyeglasses (for looking at 35mm slides) at camera shops pretty cheap and break them apart to get the lens out.

I wouldnt mind a all black wallpaper with a droid eye in the middle even. I like really cool/different looking black wallpapers. I downloaded the app Rare Black Wallpapers and it had some decent ones, but not quite what I'm looking for. I perfer the screen to be at least 70%+ black with some sort of graphic.

Also the swallowing seems real. Unles the sword folds telescopically, but It doesnt seem to.
Thats either a really good slight of hand trick where he swaps the sword or he can really swallow a sword. I watched it three times and the only place where he could have swapped the sword was the point where he points to the other exibit, so I don't know.

Nope, it's not that one, it's a similar one (from the Nexus 7), and neither the colors or the forms are exact.
Put the top one in your device as background and compare.

I've been searching for the real background too.... and all the fakes out there just makes it harder.
If people want to make their own by taking other backgrounds and shifting the hue in Photoshop that's fine, but please don't label them as 'Nexus 4' or 'default'.
The 'real' background is very similar to the Nexus 7 one, the one shown in the N4 renders doesn't actually seem to exist.
I've pulled it from my phone's Launcher2.apk and attached it here as proof.

This does seem to be the case. I'm very curious as to why Google would inundate the Web with product photography/renderings of a new phone prominently featuring a wallpaper that doesn't exist. Anyone else wondering about this?
