As I'm sure you already know, any benchmarking software is only good for scores and is no real indication of everyday performance.
With that said, this phone is quick, smooth and sleek all as a stock phone. I can't wait for permroot.
If you don't mind the smaller screen and added thickness, I think you'll be a happy convert (from the original Evo)
Let us know if you need anything else.

Thanks for your information

In the Sig

Linpack and Quadrant benchmarks are flawed..mostly on snapdragon processors..try Smartbench 2010

I get usually 1500+ pretty good for stock in my opinion. I'll try smartbench

I'd like to see him get that stable on our device.
I had a 64.xxx run while on sense that I uploaded under PG06100 instead of htc evo shift I ran her again on CM7 and am in second place with 63.866

Yeah or at least release a kernel for testing. Nice score, mine keeps capping out at 63.752 on nfx 2.0 odex
I just hit 63.946

So is there a kernal for going past 1.8gHz?
It looks like it may be developer only, I'm thinking it may be very unstable

[Benchmark] Post your benchmarks to see who can get the best out of their device

I have an Atrix 4G and managed to get 4708 with Quadrant.
good idea, but without OS informations it is bit worthless. pls update. thx

Your post is already flawed since quadrant doesn't have good support for dual core... accuracy may be off. Try ChainFire.

unless you re-wrote the APK to support both cores, then you're gonna be better off using either Antutu or CF Bench.
Besides Quadrant not testing both cores, who wants to compare thier phone to the 2009 lineup? Time to upgrade your benchmarking app. I dont need an app to know the Atrix is better than the OGdroid. Quadrant sucks!

Scarystable compcache disabled:

Linpack single thread score = 62.33 MFLOPS, Time 1.35 Seconds, Norm Res 5.68, Precision 2.22044604...
Linpack multi thread score = 57.961 MFLOPS, Time 2.91 seconds Norm Res, 3.24, Precision 2.22044604...
P.S. You should use Toasty gov for benchmarking and run benchmarks on a fresh boot and close as many apps as possible.

Benchmark scores do not prove actual real life performance...
They are just numbers ppl like to boast about and doesn't mean your phone is any faster/more responsive with a higher score.
And. Any scores wether antutu/quadrant/or whatever can be faked.

I wouldn't be wasting my breath and posting fake benchmark scores if I didn't believe it and try this mod.
The only difference I noticed was LPP loading a little bit faster on startup.

Np.. just saying everytime I flash a nightly I have to do this.. it's annoying as hell where as I just flash ScaryStable once with each nightly flash and I'm good to go and I notice a HUGE difference in performance.
For what it's worth, the V6 Supercharger (currently running the update9 beta) provides an optimal RAM manager which eliminated my habit of installing AutoKiller w/ every ROM. Since running the Supercharger script, I've consistently ran w/ 175-180MB in free RAM w/ no app FC's. That alone is worth using this mod in my book.
Ty 4 trying.....tying to expand this to more people and let them know about it.I.think its worth all the hype and attention I can give it.

This is still laughable to me. Still, quadrant was updated to work well with ICS. This is my score with cm7 gingerbread @1.440 ghz. Why am I above a galaxy nexus? Hmm..

My result with CM9 v2.1, T132-ICS-CM9 Kernel and CPU set to 200-1000 MHz, ondemand: 2257.
Of course the NS can't mess with an GN, but i'm still impressed how much performance you can gain with custom-roms and -kernels.
I'm running gingerbread deck and the matrix kernel with an overclock to 1.2...(not live oc) and got a score of sound 2966. Hopefully the official 4G build gets ics performance up a little more. I find it hard to believe my device on GB out preforms a galaxy nexus by so much...
Lol nice update like how they slapped a galaxy tab score with io hack at top to make this crap look legit.
At least now you can distinguish actual hardware scores from IO.and supports dualcore.
about the only legit thing to go by in this benchmark is the CPU
anyways enough *****ing
here is my score without any io minpluation
on Eugen's speedy 7 1.44/performance/SIO/65FPS refresh
How are you guys viewing your results? Mine tells me that the next update will include the result browser due to different scores in this version?
you have to except the new shady test result message at the end of the test
