CompUSA has them too -thats where I got mine, the site said only in store and limited stock, but I called a store nearby and they had one 70 left so I put it on hold and got it!
But it seems like the 101 is only available in Chicago branch, weird?

What is the average data transfer rate of the WiFi radio in the Gen 9 tablets?
I'm curious if it is the same Bull Sh_t max 54 meg/sec rate in the Gen 8's, which just barely allowed Archos to label it as having 801.11n capability.
Just curious, are the displays of the g9 series still as bad as the ones that came with the g8 101?

It uses a MVA display, not a crappy TN. Engadget did a review of the 80 G9 with positive results: http://www.engadget.com/2011/10/12/archos-80-g9-review/
I have had mine since Sept 27th and love it. I have owned a Viewsonic Gtablet, Nook Color, and Asus Transformer and this is the first one that feel like I really like and am going to stick with.
I love my 80 G9!! Got it for $240.75.. TAX INCLUDED!! (from P.C. Richard) You have to haggle a little, but thats what that store is good for!
Archos 80 G9
I purchased Archos 80 G9 mid-January. It's my first tablet and second Android device. I like it a lot especially for movies, web surfing and reading PDF's. It also plays games well. It's greatest advantage is it's price and perhaps its biggest disadvantage is the half-Gig RAM. Very nice for a beginner but experienced tablet users would probably be less impressed
