How to Sync Your Android Phone With Mac OSX

Hey Guys, this is just a quick video I made to help you guys out with syncing your android phone with OSX
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pf7PWNV6YLI
You can have ith for free with doubleTwist. It Syncs my G1 with iTunes without any problems.
If you want to sync your contacts and calendars and you use Thunderbird + Lightning on your Mac I recommend Zindus (contacts) and a Google Calendar plugin.

how to transfer my contacts from outlook to xperia x10?

i bought today my x10 and my searching a way for tranfer my contacts from outlook 2007 to my x10. i found a way using google calendar. is there any other way to transfer my contacts with out uploading to the net and after download it to my mobile?
Either Google sync or Sony Ericsson sync. I think Android devices, given that it is Google software, wants you NOT to use anything related to Microsoft.
Well. you could export them from outlook and upload them onto gmail.com
Or you could syncronize your outlook with gmail.
But I think that Moxxier or whatever it was called can sync with outlook, but I am not that sure tho.. Since I do not have Outlook anymore.
Try CompanionLink USB. u can download a free 14-day evaluation version.
Companionlink worked beautifully for me.

samsung sync software

I am looking at getting one of these instead of the EVO. The HTC devices have the htc sync software that allows you sync your calendar and contacts with outlook(stand alone as well as exchange). Does samsung have a similar software that can be used with the epic or can the htc sync work with it? If they have a program to do this, is it less "clunky" than the htc software and can you sync it using wifi or usb only?
Just Google Sync and have it all synced to your google account, then you never need to touch a computer.
Unfortunately that isn't an option. It would be nice if it was. The google sync is easy to use but some companies aren't too keen about people syncing their exchange account with google .

[Q] Sync with Outlook on Desktop PC

I have outlook installed on my PC (no exchange server) and I would like to sync the calendar with my Nexus 7.
I want to do this via USB or WiFi.
I don't want to use Gmail or any other third party calendar.
I don't want to sync via the web.
I can do this with my Galaxy S2, is it possible with the Nexus?
I have looked at Jorte, but it looks like it syncs via the cloud.
I have looked at Android Sync Manager, but although the PC and Nexus can commmunicate with each other they won't sync. I'm not sure how to tell the PC to sync with a calendar on the Nexus, or get the Nexus to sync with Outlook.
I have looked at Touch Calendar, but it looks like it will only use the google calendar.
thanks
I use MyPhoneExplorer (have been since Gingerbread broke syncing on my previous Desire Z). It is, however, not perfect, and while the calendar side is fine I do occasionally find duplication in the contacts on my phone, resulting in me having to mass delete them and then resync twice (first time cancelling so it does not delete them on Outlook itself).
