Hi
Search for swiFTP on the market. It is a FTP Server for Android.
Works great!

ah, thanks

Or just plug it into your computer, like a USB stick. This isn't an iPod after all

The first thing I did was to plug it in.
But, nothing shows up here.

Or just search for websharing at the market...

Really? That's weird. For me it's 'plug - select mode - device pops up in Ubuntu'

yes, i had have the same problem. you must in preferences under the point network (i believe so, cause I havent my galaxy here now) look under the point usbconnection and than choose answering or mass storage. then its run. As I connectet I see its will connectet as webcam too but I havent try it yet.
(sorry for my bad english- hope you understand it...)

Remote Desktop

So, obviously you can access your computer from your Leo, which I've done.
But I was wondering if the opposite was possible i.e. accessing your Leo's screen from my laptop ?
Look forward to replies !

try mymobiler http://www.mymobiler.com/, pretty certain that's what your looking for you do have to have it connected via usb though. I don't know whether anything does it via wifi or whatever.
hope that helps

This also works through WiFi. Just right-click on the MyMobiler tray icon on your computer and click on 'connect IP'. If you enter your phone's ip there it'll connect...

I use a program called "bluetooth file" and it works perfect. By default my phone would only connect to my laptop as a hearing device "or something like that" would not transfer files till i got that app.
I've only tried transferring to a portable Pogo printer but it seemed to transfer with the share function with no problems at all, no need for third party app.

Idea for a cool Winmo App: Trackpad

Hey guys,
I don't know if this has been tried or thought of. My mouse just died, and am waiting for it to charge, and I thought, hmm, it would be great if I could use my HD2 touch screen as a giant trackpad for my PC. The idea would be that you connect your HD2 to the computer via bluetooth or usb, and then launch this trackpad app which would really just give you a screen like what I have attached and then you have a trackpad! I know the app will be pretty useless for most cases, but it could be a cool replacement for some people.
Just a thought...
program called gremote lets you do just that . ....

Awesome! Thanks for the info
No problem, Gremote , there is a older free version, works over wifi, and bluetooth, very nice fun to play with ...
It really does work nice ...
Be sure to google it and find the home page, there are some cabs floating around but they only have the phone part not the part that needs to run on the PC ...
wifii?? are u sure?,................i thought it only works by bluetooth

Mount Driver - on Vegacomb update 3n

Hello,
Got my vega updated and running nice now! Have noticed a couple new apps.
Shuttle i assume just turns the usb to host for when wanting to use a mouse or keybord?
What is the drive mount app used for?
Put the USB into Host mode and pop a USB drive in
You can then use this app to mount and unmount the USB drive

Haha yeah just seen that! 2006!
Shame i hadn't made it a question and i could have thanked you as well!!
I missed your first part of the question - the Shuttle tools is to switch between USB Slave and Host and also to perform screen calibration at the touch of the screen
Also, for more information on Drive Mount, it is also available in the market (but I can't post a link, so search for "Drive Mount" on the market)
