How do i get the Video function on the camera to stop lagging and work more smooth?

At one time I tried to record a video where zoom in and out was used. The problem was that the zoom out after zooming in for some minutes causes the video on display and the recorded file to become corrupted on the right side of the video.
Can any one verify this problem ?
That was the first trying to record a video on the new phone on a particular occasion and a surprising issue was on display.
Then I didn't use the camera at all for few weeks.
Then after a few week trying to replicate the issue and it was reproducible.
What do you think?
So no body is interested in this issue or is it just my phone?
Hey guys, is there anyway to enable autofocus while recording a video on the stock camera? Aftermarket apps are able to do that, but stock doesnt.
Hey, I've got a problem with my G6. Since I installed LineagoOS (official) on my deviced, the camera won't record video anymore. I've now switched to AOSPA, but it still won't work. Taking pictures is fine, and on Snapchat i can also record video, but neither the system camera apps, nor any third-party ones record video.
