Just got the Telstra Touch HD. upgraded to most recent HTC Rom. went into bootloader mode and saw I had an SPL of 1.54. downloaded Olinex zip file and i keep getting the following error: "an unexpected error has occurred in the HardSPLWrapper_Blackstone.exe. Select Quit and then restart this program, or select details for more info.
File or assumbly name 'System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=B77A5C561934E089', or one of its dependencies, was not found"
what exactly am I doing wrong?

I have tried to install an upgrade for my xdaII. Unfortunately it was UK upgrade I started to install into my Asian xdaII. Halfway through the installation there was a ROM version error and it has rejected installation.
Now there isn't any software or an operating system in my pocketpc. There is no way I can sync this with my pc for the installation of the correct version.
Can anyone help?

you can extract the nk.nbf file from the UK upgrade and use xdanbftool.exe to modify the language ID then re-flash your device.
In your case, you should have a frozen dimmed screen with the word "Serial" on top and the boot loader version towards the bottom of the screen ... if by inserting the device into the cradle the word Serial changes to USB, this means the boot loader is still in function.

I did modify nbf headers using xda2nbftool and changed device type, operator and language but still getting following error message:
"ERROR 102: CE Image file checksum error"

I am trying to unlock new Cingular 2125 (a.k.a. HTC Tornado). It came with ROM version 2.013.0.
An when trying to use look lokwiz 03a or 02b, after RAPI unlocking, message appears: "could not update itsutils.dll to the current version,maybe it is inuse? try restarting your device or restart active sync"
Tried copying EnableRapi.cab to the device but cannot install it. The error message "...this file in not intended for this device"
Any help appreciated.

I tried to setup the XDATools. To test it I downloaded the current ROM (SX56 PPC2002) and tried to flash it back.
The following error apears in a dos box:
"ERROR: 'C:\tools\XDATools\source\GetConnectionType.dll' does not
exist (2)
ERROR: GetConnectionType - Unbekannter Fehler
error getting connectiontype"
The PROGRAMME A starts, but reports that the ROM image was not found.

I have a HTC Cingular 8525 with WM6.1, I was doing an upgrade to WM6.5 and I do not want to display the PPC WM6.5 and not acerita the installation of another ROM. Anybody know how to sde can insert another ROM, but would have tried the following warning appears:
(200) ERROR: INVALID UPDATE TOOL
Please get newer update utility.

I was using hdubli's Asus p320 WM 6.5 rom. it gave me stability issues, so i tried to revert to the original ASUS WWE from their website. I'm sort of locked out of my phone right now. The hdubli rom wont boot, and a flashing attempt says "Read SD Busy!" and screen goes white. PLEASE HELP

I am also facing the same problem after i had installed the windows mobile 6.5 hdubli's ROM on my ASUS p320. I had downloaded the official ROM's from ASUS website of all versions available and when i had tried to install it had shown the following error messages.
1. When followed as per the instructions given the following error
"No Package found"
2. When copied to the root of SD card and renamed the file from 850_GAX_SD_ENC.bin to 850_GAX_SD.bin given the following error
"Header_CRC Error"
3. When extracted with the tool and copied all the extracted files to root of the SD Card and tried to install given the following error
"
Valid Package
No GSMFFS
Total 3 Images found
FLASH.BIN
GSM.BIN
EXT_ROM.NBO
"
4. When tried to install again the same package hdubli's windows mobile 6.5 ROM given the following error message
"Read SD busy"
Nothing happens after this. Can anyone helps me out in this issue.
