Jeff's Kitchen 4.0.10 USA TMOBILE ROM need help!!!

I was cooking Jeff's 4.0.10 TMOBILE ROM and after i download the exe installer and run it, it gave me this error...
Error: GetDeviceData - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
error getting devicedata
then when i run the Programme A v 1.09, it states
ERROR 011: EXECUTE REMOTE COMMUNICATION PROGRAM ERROR
Cannot execute the remote communication program.
Please make sure that the USB/Serial cable is properly connected.
I am already connected to ActiveSync..why so this error??

active sync problem

I have tried to install an upgrade for my xdaII. Unfortunately it was UK upgrade I started to install into my Asian xdaII. Halfway through the installation there was a ROM version error and it has rejected installation.
Now there isn't any software or an operating system in my pocketpc. There is no way I can sync this with my pc for the installation of the correct version.
Can anyone help?

you can extract the nk.nbf file from the UK upgrade and use xdanbftool.exe to modify the language ID then re-flash your device.
In your case, you should have a frozen dimmed screen with the word "Serial" on top and the boot loader version towards the bottom of the screen ... if by inserting the device into the cradle the word Serial changes to USB, this means the boot loader is still in function.

I did modify nbf headers using xda2nbftool and changed device type, operator and language but still getting following error message:
"ERROR 102: CE Image file checksum error"
"The ROM image file to be used for the update is corrupt. Download correct ROM update and try again"

no gsm error message on m500

can anyone help? i was trying to update the software on my m500 when halfway through it came up with an error message saying it was the wrong country, i then tried to run the file that overcomes this but it will not run it comes up with Ruu.dll cannot be found.
Since then i get an error message saying no gsm when the phone reboots and am unable to use most of the programs

You need to download from the file MaUpgradeUT_noID.exe from the ftp. There are several threads in the Magician Upgrading forum with tutorials.

Typhoon NBF tools ERROR

I have tryed to use this tool but it sends an error:

Help!!! Flashing with Olinex...

Just got the Telstra Touch HD. upgraded to most recent HTC Rom. went into bootloader mode and saw I had an SPL of 1.54. downloaded Olinex zip file and i keep getting the following error: "an unexpected error has occurred in the HardSPLWrapper_Blackstone.exe. Select Quit and then restart this program, or select details for more info.
File or assumbly name 'System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=B77A5C561934E089', or one of its dependencies, was not found"
what exactly am I doing wrong?
