I have HTC touch 2, I wann to know if I can use it as web Cam..Or there is some software which can help me to do so.

First of, this forum is for the HTC touch (Elf), not the HTC Touch 2 (Mega).
But to the point, if you searched google with say... Windows Mobile as Webcam you may get some results...
I use Mobiola, it isnt freeware though.
Unless you know where to look. Can't possibly suggest anywhere though, forum rules

Just become the owner of a XDA Mini S and wondered if you guys could help me?
I'm finding the device extremely slow to use, the response time is pretty bad and takes a while to switch from Portrait to Landscape mode when sliding the keyboard.
Is there a way to speed this up?? Maybe a new ROM or something?? Is it possible to install Windows Mobile 6 onto the XDA Mini S?
I've installed a new ROM onto a Motorola MPX200 before but thats as far as my knowledge goes so any help would be really appreciated!!!
I was also going to get TomTom but I've heard that there are issues with installing TomTom 5 or TomTom 6 onto the device??
One last thing, sorry!! Are there any good sites, threads where you can download apps and games, etc.. for the XDA Mini S?

Hello,
I have seen videos on You Tube with Touch Flo interface running on HTC 8125 WM5. When I ask where do you find this interface they all refer to xda developers for the interface. I'm newbie and looked in the search area for a true Touch Flo interface. I have an HTC 8525 WM6 PRO 3.0 BLACK and running a Touch cube interface. This is nice but not like the actual Touch Flo that I see on HTC 8125. First do I have to downgradr back to WM5 in order to run interface. Secondly is there a thread/link to where this interface/OS is located. Sorry if I may have overlooked the answer in my search. Thank you in advance.

This is not such a bad thing... its definitely not worth buying a Touch over. I'm testing one of the beta units now for CDMA and not having the keyboard kills me.

I'm new here, and just Registered. I haven't yet familiarised myself with this forum so if I'm posting in the wrong section or double posting, I do apologise before-hand.
I'm wondering if anyone can possibly please help me- I'm in desperate need of a new skin or two for my HTC P4530 - I'm quite tired of the three Windows Mobile 6.0 Skins and the HTC Default skin!
Does anyone know where I could download or get some new skins? Even a way to customise and make/create my own?
Secondly with there being a vast amount of HTC wizards out there- I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to customise and change the HTC Home Screen to that of the newer HTC Modules like the HTC TyTN II or HTC Touch with that new User Interface, is it possible- I really love the colour scheme and its look!
So if anyone can help me or point me in a step towards the right direction, I'd really apprectiate it! Hope to learn alot from browsing these forums!

I think I'm about to start a sprint contract.. looking to purchase a new phone - that runs android. I'm looking at the HTC touch Pro - as I'm assuming this is the forum discussing this phone. Can someone verify this for me as well as does it 'mostly' work - ie - phone calls, text messages etc..

This is a forum for the HTC Vogue, AKA the Touch or Verizon xv6900. It runs Windows Mobile professional. There is a project that aims to put Android on the Touch and has succeeded rather well so far.
The Touch Pro (the diamond with a keyboard) would definetely make a good work phone and do what you say you want it to. You are in the wrong forum though.

im think of part exchanged my touch pro for htc tattoo, and i just want to know if i can unlock at home from software like i could with htc touch pro, or do i need to pay for it to be done.

but to root their are many tools to do that for free
