New HTC P4350 Skins and/or UI - Wing, P4350 General

Hi All,
I'm new here, and just Registered. I haven't yet familiarised myself with this forum so if I'm posting in the wrong section or double posting, I do apologise before-hand.
I'm wondering if anyone can possibly please help me- I'm in desperate need of a new skin or two for my HTC P4530 - I'm quite tired of the three Windows Mobile 6.0 Skins and the HTC Default skin!
Does anyone know where I could download or get some new skins? Even a way to customise and make/create my own?
Secondly with there being a vast amount of HTC wizards out there- I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to customise and change the HTC Home Screen to that of the newer HTC Modules like the HTC TyTN II or HTC Touch with that new User Interface, is it possible- I really love the colour scheme and its look!
So if anyone can help me or point me in a step towards the right direction, I'd really apprectiate it! Hope to learn alot from browsing these forums!
Thanks!!

FlowFX by Aspecto Software similar to TouchFLO on HTC Touch?!

Hello,
Since I'm not experienced with programming for windows mobile I have big wish on you guys.
I love the idea/technic how the GUI on HTC Touch works and hope it will be possible on my HTC Hermes one day too.
When I installed the newest version of WiFiFoFum I realized a great flipping effect between pages in this tool. Now I have even seen that the author of this program gives away the source code (http://www.aspecto-software.com/rw/applications/developer/flowfx/index.html).
Hope somebody can make us Cube GUI for any windows mobile device (at least for HTC Hermes )
your link is broken, the link is: http://www.aspecto-software.com/rw/applications/developer/flowfx/index.html
But i second this idea, i downloaded the demo, SOOO COOL tho i want it for the herald
thanks for the info. I've updated the link.
Yea this would be too cool!
could this transition be used perhaps with wisbar to go between desktop screens?
that would be pretty hot...
ok soooooo
wife wants to know how much I have to donate to get this to flip pictures instead of forms?
This would be perfect for rlToday and cLaunch.

Alltel HTC PPC6800 - Where to start?

I just picked one up and I'm absolutely amazed. My favorite piece yet. But of course, after a few days of learning the ins and outs, it's time for mods. I see different model names/number thrown out all over the place, but are there any guides for the HTC PPC6800 from Alltel specifically? I'm looking for ways to skin it differently and add that 'TouchFLO' interface to it. Does anyone know of any good walkthroughs or guides that could help me with this?
Thanks for any help, and thanks for having me here
Some Help
Here is some helpful information I found to do some customization to the alltel 6800.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=346184
The touchflo 1.41 is the one that worked for me with the .9 config tool
Also the HTC home customizer is really fun to play with and customize.
The only issue I had with the home customizer is it did mess up my picture messaging when I installed the HTC audio manager to the point I had to reconfigure the picture messaging or just hard reset if you dont know what information should be in there so I would recommend to not install that at all.

This is the buccaneers iphone. (only good of course if you are a bucs fan but if you check out the readme file you can edit it and make the theme whatever you like.)
And attached is a theme generator from microsoft to create your own themes if your interested in and it is very simple just follow the on-screen instructions any questions...let me know.

Installing New Themes

Hello everyone,
I really love all the work that people have put on here it really exceeds some of the stock themes you get originally on the Diamonds and I would really love the ability to install some of these wonderful themes.
I have recently acquired an O2 XDA Ignito for those of you who don't know it is the HTC Touch Diamond from O2. I have tried installing themes on there, but it appears it is not fully customizing the look as it appears in the screenshots.
I was wandering if this is because that it is a branded device and rom so there maybe some limitation in that respect.
Can anyone be kind enough to verify this and possibly if there is any solution..
Thank you very much in advance.
thanks for everyones help hmmm.
thanks for everyones help hmmm. i was being sarcastic if u didnt realise. for those looking for answers i did some digging around and found this youtube video illustrating how to use the tf3d config tool to install themes.

Weather on Home screen? Any Ideas on how to do it?

Hey guys,
I just got my new HTC Touch HD this morning and am im looking to know how these people are getting the weather on there home screen, could anyone tell me?
Thankyou and i would be much appreciated for a quick resolution.
Ben
Hello!
The weather on the homescreen is not part of the normal touch HD software.
To get this (and other features) you will need to flash a 'custom ROM'.
these are basically modified versions of the software, with features taken from newer HTC devices (e.g. touch diamond2 and HD2).
Its not difficult, but you will have to read the instructions carefully and take care, as it is possible to brick your device if you don't do it correctly.
Once you have learnt how it is done, you can flash news ROMs quickly and easily.
If you really want to do it, set yourself a couple of hours, and read through all the info in the 'Flashing' part of the wiki here:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Blackstone
there is additional info here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505377
and ROM's to chose from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=453
my recommended ROMs are below (see signature)...
However i really dont want to change the stand feel off the phone, cant you change it to the HD2 display? As i dont want new fancy looking buttons that make the phone look arful.
Thanks

you cant get the weather homescreen without using a custom ROM
Try the Topix Windows mobile 6.1 ROM, it will add home screen weather, but does not have many of the other features of the HD2

PLEASE help! I'm at my wit's end!

So I found out I've been posting in the European HD2 forums, so now that I'm in the right place, I've been wanting to change the appearance of my taskbar on my HD2.
Ideally, I would like to have my start menu button resemble that of the Start Menu button on Windows Vista / 7, and I would like to be able to edit the other icons on the taskbar as well. I have no idea how to make this happen, I've gotten a few ideas but it all seems overly complicated, like editing .DLLs and things like that.
I'm willing to take that plunge, I just need someone that's willing to help out. I'm seeing all kinds of uploaded screenshots of the HD2 with the taskbar laid out virtually how I want it, but I just don't know how to do it!
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Flash a rom that looks the closest to what you want would be my advice.
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
Just install a theme.
Honestly, you will probably have better luck posting in the euro hd2 section.... there's more people there and it's the same phone. I find more knowledgeable people there, plus the hd2 apps section is there. You're probably gonna do best just finding a skin you like... there's tons out there to change the icons many different ways. Search the hd2 apps section and the windows mobile themes and apps sections.
Thank you guys! I appreciate your responses, when I get home from work tonight I'll research the options I was given.

What you're looking for is a taskbar icon set... they're often included in custom ROM's and themes, but you don't have to go through all that to get one as almost every taskbar set thats found in one of those is also available as a stand-alone cab. In addition to the HD2 themes section, be sure to search through the main WM Themes section at xda to find other options too.
I don't know exactly which ones you've seen that you liked, but here's some of the most commonly-used ones on the HD2:
Dinik's Anastasia taskbar
Dafunk2's NGTV taskbar
Brian's taskbar, gfreek edition
Phoenix's B&W taskbar
You guys are amazing, thank you so much for all of your help!
A few pictures of what you like would be helpful. I am using the dinik anastasia one right now...Just make sure you read everything thoroughly and you should be ok...I have also used this one when I was running the GTX theme http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=626188
