Need help changing auto completion of words...

I'm having a real dumb ass moment for myself...
I updated to the new qtel 2.17 rom, and it runs great..
I only have one problem..
If I type in "wel" in an sms or whatever, my device changes it to "we'll".
I had this with my previous rom, and changed a registry entry..
Now I can't seem to find which registry entry I need to change..
Can someone help me please???
I searched on this forum for it, but can't seem to find it..
Would be very thankfull...so please help me!!!
Start > Settings > |Personal| > Input* > |Word Completion| > [ ] Replace text as you type

Force Program History?

Is there any way to force the history of the last used programs in the start menu? A Reg tweak or something? Or a way to delete the entries? That would be very nice.
I've put this into a new version of VJEschaton.. but check out
HKCU > Software > Microsoft > Shell > TaskSwitch
V
thanks for the tip.
I tried to delete all the entries in the reg key, but WM simply writes it back, even if i don't make a soft reset!
EDIT: I got it. Delete TaskSwitch, wait a few seconds and soft reset. you must wait long enough that windows can write changes into rom but if you wait too long windows writes the changes back

Few newbie issues

Im sure there is a very simple way to fix these issues im having, but I havent found the application to do so yet, so im in need of some help.
I just performed a hard-reset on my t-mobile mda to the new rom update. Since then my contact list is showing my sim contacts, and the contacts in the actual phone (which is a copy of the sim contacts); and i'd like for the list to show only the phones contacts. Also any theme I download doesnt seem to work. i usually get them from littlethemes.com and they are .tsk files. I had a few working before the update. I had a similar program to tweaks2k2; basically a compilation of different registry tweaks, except it was a free version. if anyone can help me to find the app. and/or fixing any of these issue's i would def. appreciate it.
Thank you in advance
In order to hide the sim contacts get yourself a decent file explorer such as total commander (http://www.ghisler.com/ce.htm) and make the following changes. . . .
\\ > Registry > HKCU > ControlPanel > Phone
Add the following value to it:
Key: ShowSim (dWord)
Value: 0 (decimal)
I am not sure what the problem is with your today themes. Try placing the themes in the root directory of your storage card or windows\my documents. Browse to start>settings>personal>today and see if your files are populating the list under 'appearance'
For further tweaks check the following thread - it may prove useful: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=259113&highlight=hide+sim+contacts

How can I get it back to start menu? Can anyone let me know if any registry values to be entered to enabling it again? I believe that people here will help me out definitely. Is there any other way which from which i can restore the settings in start menu?

Factory data reset doesn't help me so it must be phone defect.
With connected earphones there are no noises but the sound is extremely quiet.

Yes. It's software problem, every U Ultra from all region have this problem, even after clean install RUU. I try U11 and U11 can record FLAC without any noise. I tried very old version of android Nougat but no hope.
