Hi friends,
I've created a servicepack for our beloved HD2.
L26 HD2LEO_Servicepack_01 (DAN CAB) (Add nov 18)

Nov 18, all cabs (exept NLD which was already correct) are updated to fix a minor issue with the Long_sendkey.
If you have no issue with long pressing left hardware key (answer key) there's no need to upgrade to V4.

This is a example of my today screen and grid enabled as today theme.
This servicepack optimizes the device with the following modifications:
Tweaks:
Sounds disabled on keypress phonepad
Enable LED Notification Setting in Sound and Notifications (New Message, New E-Mail, Missed Call, Voicemail)
Security policy installing uncertified apps disabled
Ringtone is set to 'Ring01-WindowsPhone .wma'
Fixed Camera tweak and enabled GPS picture and Videoshare
HTC Album now realy closes on exit to save memory
Update nov 16: Sendkey settings removed as it's impossible to change to another function
Haptic feedback disabled for longer battery live and more device speed
Left softkey of Sense now opens Notepad

Enables FM radio Deemphasis
Update nov 16: Opera settings improved, allowed tabs set to 6 and haptic feedback enabled plus zoomslider
I didn't manage to change default homewallpaper to grid yet so you must do that yourself!
It adds a Tools directory in startmenu\Programs with the following tools:
* Capsure (screen capture utility)
* Enter bootloader (button skinned by InsecureSpike)
* eT9MyWords
* Navipanel
* KeePassPPC (very nice digital wallet to save your passwords or whatever)
* Notepad
* XDA shutdown (skin Peterbonge portrait and landscape)
* TaskMgr
* Update nov 16: PHM Regeditor (no import function) replaced with DotFred's Taskmanager with build in regeditor (with import function)
It places 3 shortcuts on Manila home first row:
* TaskMgr (now you can open en kill apps very easy!)
* MSN (yeah I use it a lot haha..)
* Xda Shutdown (button skinned by InsecureSpike)

Camera default reg
I've temporary removed the downloadlink because the camera tweak isn't working reported here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=583638&page=8
For the people who did download and installed the servicepack I have attached a reg to fix the camera issue.
Unzip the file and copy the 'camera default.reg' to your device.
With TRE (registry editor) included in the Tools directory of startmenu you can import the 'camera default.reg'.
Choose 'File/Import registry' and ok, exit TRE and softreset your device.
This afternoon I will fix this issue in the servicepack and reupload it.
My apologies for the inconvenience.

Copy all your cabs in that folder
After Flash , and during customisations all your cab will be installed.
Also set your cabs to read only
So get Your Storage Card prepared with all your Cabs to install.

*Flashing Guide
The first :
*. Please make sure your device already had hspl , if not go to there :

SAFEST WAY TO FLASH YOUR ROM IS THROUGH STORAGE CARD METHOD:
* Copy LEOIMG.NBH into the root dir of your Storage Card.
* Be sure to have at least 30% of charge.
* Turn off your device by using the Power Button.
* Go to Boot loader mode. Turn off device , Press power button and vol down
* After that your device with have a white screen with text " Press to power button for continue upgrade or Press Volume down button for cancel upgrade , select press to power button and it will start upgrade Rom.
ALTERNATIVE WAY OF FLASHING YOUR ROM WITH RUU.exe
* Extract Rom download Folder.
* Be sure to have at least 50% of charge.
* Turn off your device by using the Power Button
* Go to Boot loader mode. Turn off device , Press power button and vol down
* Connect your device to PC
* Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe and follow the screen instructions.

Gianton, if i remember well Cyberon is just a Voice dialer (call and applications), there is no feature to get the names of callers, only MSVC has that feature, isn't it?

You are right, but when you want to call a contact and speak to say his/her name CVSD announces that name (normally in your handset). In our device CVSD announces the name in the device and then redirects correctly th conversation to the headset.
This is a bit annoying specially when you are with some company.

on Xany 1.0 based on 1.61 apparently and i just had 16 delivery reports after reseting my phone due to sommit else. scared the hell out of me... lol

for gianton, i have just tested the cyberon cab I have, and it works perfectly the way it should. The names of the persons you are "voice" calling are repeated in the headset only (and not the phone speaker).

yes very hard work but done it on Topaz so think I can do it on HD2

is this ROM completely in German? or mixed? because the highest official ROM in Gemrany is 1.48? All Windows Settings and Sense are in the choosen language?

ETA 24-48 HRS. Its kinda hard, I will be getting my own HD2 by within 7 days, so kinda using my cousins from yesterday and today.

For some reasons I dont kinda like some part of the UI espacially the bottom buttons thats the only reasons and couple others stopping me from using these new builds. Also I am not sure also if these the MS builds are 100% compatable with sense 2.5 and I love sense 2.5 and thats one of the main reasons I am getting A HD2 also with the speed.
But probably in the near future.

SSPL or HSPL ?
Sorry for the newbie question, but can I use SSPL for putting this ROM onto my HD2 or do I have to use HSPL. The later, for a beginner, seems a bit dangerous since I apparently am in danger of getting a very expensive paper weight if something goes wrong

Since Acer made lots changes to apks and left only languages from countries, where Liquid is officially being sold, people like me have no chance to use their phone in native lang with Acer ROMs. My first idea was to make this ROM for my personal use only, but maybe someone will find it useful too

So, i love the speed of the 1.6 roms, but one of the main reasons i got the liquid was to use the voice input that the 2.1 roms have. But, seems the 2.1 one roms i've tried so far (angio, LCR) all start to lag pretty bad with just a few apps running at once. (e.g. music, dolphin, market).
Is this one faster?
Is it possible to get the voice input going on 1.6 920mhz version? I assume not, but figured I'd ask anyway.

there's already version 1.4.2, check that first
