Ringtone is set to 'Ring01-WindowsPhone .wma'
Fixed Camera tweak and enabled GPS picture and Videoshare
HTC Album now realy closes on exit to save memory
Update nov 16: Sendkey settings removed as it's impossible to change to another function
Haptic feedback disabled for longer battery live and more device speed
Left softkey of Sense now opens Notepad

Enables FM radio Deemphasis
Update nov 16: Opera settings improved, allowed tabs set to 6 and haptic feedback enabled plus zoomslider
I didn't manage to change default homewallpaper to grid yet so you must do that yourself!
It adds a Tools directory in startmenu\Programs with the following tools:
* Capsure (screen capture utility)
* Enter bootloader (button skinned by InsecureSpike)
* eT9MyWords
* Navipanel
* KeePassPPC (very nice digital wallet to save your passwords or whatever)
* Notepad
* XDA shutdown (skin Peterbonge portrait and landscape)
* TaskMgr
* Update nov 16: PHM Regeditor (no import function) replaced with DotFred's Taskmanager with build in regeditor (with import function)
It places 3 shortcuts on Manila home first row:
* TaskMgr (now you can open en kill apps very easy!)
* MSN (yeah I use it a lot haha..)
* Xda Shutdown (button skinned by InsecureSpike)

Camera default reg
I've temporary removed the downloadlink because the camera tweak isn't working reported here:

For the people who did download and installed the servicepack I have attached a reg to fix the camera issue.
Unzip the file and copy the 'camera default.reg' to your device.
With TRE (registry editor) included in the Tools directory of startmenu you can import the 'camera default.reg'.
Choose 'File/Import registry' and ok, exit TRE and softreset your device.
This afternoon I will fix this issue in the servicepack and reupload it.
My apologies for the inconvenience.

About PDM
The PDM (Pocket Download Manager) is a very powerful tool to download Fix, Skin, Software etc from a repository.
For i.e. if someone find a bug in Vega I can fix it via .cab, I put the fix inside my repository and all the users can download it via PDM without reflash or download from any file sharing site, just open PDM, update the files list and download the new cab.
PDM is made by Ciobo, many many thanks to Ciobo for his really hard work, his PDM is simply awesome.

Know issue:
XT9 Keyboard does not works in landscape because it's in developement version yet.
* There is a bug in the HTC Home Contacts tab, if add a contact from the tab then press to call a contact doesn't works.
Workaround: Add the contacts from the TouchFLO.
Note: This bug also exist in the original shipped ROM so I don't know how fix it.
Installation:
How to install a cooked ROM.
Install Hard SPL
Put device in bootloader mode.
Run CustomRUU.exe and good luck.
Everyone NOTE:
AVG and other anitvirus's usually detect a virus in CustomRUU.exe, it's false error. Disable your antivirus while downloading and flashing the ROM.
Final Notes:
This ROM is free to use but at your own risk, I take no responsiblity for any conflict, fault, or damage caused by this flashing procedure.
Do not try to restore your backups from a previous ROM.

First issue for me too, about the second the same happens with the original ROM.
Is Opera missing?
Is anyone else having problems getting Outlook to synchronise with Exchange? I keep getting Error Synchronizing.

The ROM is absolutely fabulous but the Exchange thing is really frustrating. I keep all my data on Exchange so I can't even get my Contacts to my phone!

hi, guys, I really enjoy final version of WM3.13.755CS WWE ROM from c_shekhar, and I think it's the fittest rom for me. Maybe many guys in the forum think so, too. c_shekhar is a master and he is the asset in our community. Thanks for offering us this incredible rom.

Hi hi, glad that you opened your own thread. I'm currently using your modified ROM [WM3.18.931aCS (build 20931)] with HTC Cube removed. Although there're still bugs but I'm happy with it so far.

yeah, I know some friends in the forum eagerly want the rom with diamond m2d skin. For that c_shekhar's thread is not updated a lot, I just open a new thread to release this recooked version.
Thanks for using my recooked version of WM3.18.931 from c_shekhar.
I used that version for a couple of days, I found compared with the 3.13 it's less of stability and performance, and seemed that 3.18 has some bugs, so I'm back to my 3.13 now.
BTW, I'll be testing for one day more, I'll release it in a couple of hours. You know I want to share with you guys with a bug-free release. Just be patient, there is only one color match I found and I am fixing it now. The rom will be uploded in 4 hours.

Our Polaris community is the fast developing community. New cooks getting added is an indicator of it. And I am proud to be part of it. There are very few left who are still protecting their work and dont want to share knowledge with the community. SAFEST WAY TO FLASH YOUR ROM IS THROUGH STORAGE CARD METHOD:
* Copy LEOIMG.NBH into the root dir of your Storage Card.
* Be sure to have at least 30% of charge.
* Turn off your device by using the Power Button.
* Go to Boot loader mode. Turn off device , Press power button and vol down
* After that your device with have a white screen with text " Press to power button for continue upgrade or Press Volume down button for cancel upgrade , select press to power button and it will start upgrade Rom.

Gianton, if i remember well Cyberon is just a Voice dialer (call and applications), there is no feature to get the names of callers, only MSVC has that feature, isn't it?

You are right, but when you want to call a contact and speak to say his/her name CVSD announces that name (normally in your handset). In our device CVSD announces the name in the device and then redirects correctly th conversation to the headset.
This is a bit annoying specially when you are with some company.

Just flashed, and after a first fast review, this is the first Leo Rom fully Lansdscape capable, the rom feels fast, graphics look nice.
for gianton, i have just tested the cyberon cab I have, and it works perfectly the way it should. The names of the persons you are "voice" calling are repeated in the headset only (and not the phone speaker).

Looks really wonderful, only at the documents tab when i click "All documents" or "search" nothing happens. But landscape sense is just perfect.

I tried your rom. It's fast.
I found issues, when I run you tube, it pop up a dialog box saying that there is critical error with certain code number (sorry I forget the number).
But, the youtube still open and playing like there is no problem at all.
It really bother, because everytime you click the clip (any clip) the dialog box will pop up and by press ok, it will play the clip.
That is what I found for the moment.

Could be a other app interfering. try it with no apps in the background also if youve enabled MMTaskManager close that down.
Ill try to recreate and see whats freezing the app.
