When i first bought my Xperia i was so happy i thought i had the best phone ever !
but now I honestly hate it because of the problems im facing !
My biggest problem which is so annoying it will make me break the phone in half !
My keyboard , the problem started with the speace bar & then spread out to mess up the whole pad ! everytime i click its either not registered or spams the same letter 3 times..
I know alot of people are facing the same problem , if i give my phone to SE services center will they fix it ? or is it going to be a waste of money ?

i am going to ask you all a vry wierd question.i am having problems with my ppc like it hangs n stuff even after a hard reset...dunno y this is happening all of a sudden but wenevr i take this darn thing to the service centre it works perfectly fine bt bak at home it is irritating me to the core.
can i do sumthin with it that it hangs in front of the service centre guys so that i can either hav a replacement or money back to buy another ppc.
plz plz help me on this issue

I have a ORANGE SPV M5000 for some 9 months now or so,i bought it new decoded from some other network,and i'm very very happy and satisfied with it and all the software that comes on regular basis for it
But when i bought it one thing i didn't realise at all,i saw it later home but then it was too late. For refund or anything ofc. I got used to it for all this time but anyway i would like to know what it is,would be nice if it's fixable,but i doubt that The thing is : on the screen,there is this red vertical line from top to bottom,in the left half of the screen.it's mostly visible on black backgrounds,not so much on other colors. does anyone maybe know,is the screen ****ed up,or maybe a software mess while decoding the phone ? And if so,is it in any way fixable. At least i would be at peace,knowing why that is. On it it's the original wm5,i never had guts to try upgrade to wm 6. Cuz my fiancee lives in anither country still and i use IM+ over gprs almost 24/7 to be in touch,so i can't risk to lose that lifesaving option.

not sure but i guess its a problem with the screen, you should check the cables that connect the screen to the mb, maybe that fixes the problem...

Thank you for your very very fast reply. As soon as i saw it,i opened my PPC carefully and checked there the connector stuff,but with no changes,so at least i know it is not that. Thank you very much again for your quick help
First time opening,but very easy to open the PPC,not tricky at all like it was on my old SE P800,almost breaking it while opening
So i guess,maybe the screen is defected,but it was new and like that from the first day,so maybe the only thing possible is flashing the UNI ? Any ideas still from anyone ?

sorry, never had the problem, but i don't know what else could cause such a fault...
And still
And still after so much time,i have the red line
Nothing changed,only that in the meantime i flashed my UNI,which til posting this the first time i didn't do. I flashed the UNI i think 50 times since then
But still i am curious,if maybe anyone has an idea what that can be and is it fixable.
Hello ! iam new here and iam happy to say that iam a ppc freak!
When i start the cam from the x1 it shows black screen i must restart the cam 2 times than it works ! and this bug problem i had one 3 devices i ordered!
have you all the same problem ?

Never had a problem like this.
I start the camera application and can take shots -no need to restart anything.

is it's an OS problem or anthing else i tried every possiable way like start in safemod/wipe/reset...well its also not jailbroken..

Have you ever taken your phone into the bathroom while showering? It sounds as if your keypad got wet.
nops man i bought this fone like 5days ago ..... it was giving this errors....well its charger is not original using blackberry charger....never take my fone in bathroom

hello everyone, i am very new to this forum and i am happy to hear that x2 got its own forum here. now, i've had my x2 for about 6 mths, at the very first few months my x2 performed quite well in context of no lag or screen hangs or ****s like that. but for about 2-3 mths my x2 starts to have those problem, especially everytime when i lock the screen n i slide the lock it wont open meaning the lock button just stuck being slided to left/right n wont open, i had to remove batt n turn it on again. i rlly hate this.
n my x2 also load slower than before, like when i try opening msgs it took much time to load the msgs, n when i type a word it come up word by word like 5-6 second after, same goes for other program. it wasnt like this before. i've used seus to update n still the same problem.
i tried searching this forum on how to make my x2 rlly fast/turbo but i rlly confused as to which i should follow n ofcoz i rlly dont get the steps they've given (installing cabs all that n so on), can anyone help me with this? frankly i am a girl n i am no expert in all this so i rlly rlly need guidance

you'd better check the sliding lock button on the device! may be dirty or may have also been damaged...
if you want to speed up its performance, try using nueOverClockTest which you can download and obtain guidance on http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/post/2009/09/07/nueOverClockTest.aspx
X2 is a nice looking phone but its a strange one. I ceep it fast only bay hardreseting it every 2 weeks or maybe a mounth. plus I have clean WN6.5.3 with no pan els, no slideview and thats SE buggy stiff installed on the phone. This was the phnoe runs smoothere. and I have more space on the device. plus the battery seems to live longer and the whole device seems more stable.
If you didnt do a hardreset in6 months then thats the problem. do it every month and it should be ok.
i used to have the same problem so i also hard reset every week.. but i found a solution for me..... try this app its an hd2 app but worked for me

if ur x2 becomes slow just open task manager and end all tasks and the clean your ram in level 3... this fixes the slowing problem for me u dont even have to hard reset the phone and clean win mo 6.5.3 and u can also keep the panels...... i just love this phone but some times it disapoints me but im ok with it.... i hope this solves your problem....
