HOW DO I INSTALL ROM TO HTC Jade?? must I hard SPL first? and where and how do I used the RUU_signed.nhb file?

First you need Hard SPL, unless you are flashing a ROM update by your carrier.
Then download the ROM images (this is the *.nbh file).
Now flash the image using the Custom RUU (ROM Update Util), you can get it here if it's not included : Custom RUU exe.

I've looked around for an answer but I didnt find anything that mentioned if you didnt back up your stock rom. If anyone could help me with this I'd appreciate it. The rom I have now is the touch-it rom. It's the X1a xperia. If you need any more info please ask. Thanks.

I tried updating via SEUS but it says update not available. I downloaded a generic rom but when using the X1_CustomRUU it doesnt let me. What flasher should I use and where can I download it? Thanks.

Which ROM have you downloaded? how you tried to flash it (if you flashed a cooked ROM, it should be the same procedure as to flash an original ROM... so can't get your point).
If you need to send your X1i to repair, remember as well to install Original SPL back again!
I flashed a cooked ROM using the SPL method and now my phone is stuck at the white screen with HTC in the middle. I cannot perform a hard reset and Im unable to reinstall original ROM thru the SD card method. Please help me
Which rom did you use. Most of the new 2.10 based cooked roms require radio 2.08 to boot up. Put the phone into bootloader and flash the new radio.
If you pull the radio out you should be able to then do a hard reset as well as flash via sd card.

If you're using hspl, (the only way you can flash a new radio) then with phone in bootloader, insert usb and when usb appears on screen flash the same way as for a rom.
When I flashed the ROM earlier, I used this method

Yes, sspl doesn't allow you to change the radio and you need the newer radio for these latest roms.

Or you can just reinstall your original ROM from the card and you will have everything back as it has been

Try to reinstall your ROM. I might help ... I guess. I have no problem with my HD2 after upgrading to a new ROM.

HSPL and stock ROM 3.14 isn't compatible!

My understanding is the official ROM flash will automatically remove HSPL and replace it with the official SPL. No need to do anything, just flash the ROM. And the official ROM includes a radio. The current radio will be overwritten with the ROM radio.

CMIIW just want to add, it's must be done by flashing via SD card, to get SPL overwritten, isn't it?
okay well it was flashed from official HTC release.

Yes only by flashing over SD will remove HSPL.

Hmm, it's not recommended to use any HSPL on 3.14 ROM. You had to uninstalled it then return (restore to stock SPL) to 1.42.000 and then continue flashing your 3.14 correct country ID ROM.

It does if you flash from your SD card.

Yes it can, but make sure ROM You're using should be your default carrier ROM.
Just flash trough SD card, extract .exe file, rename RUU_signed.nbh to LEOIMG.nbh, put it on root directory of your SD Card, then enter bootloader, follow all neeeded steps.

In QA Forum there is a link to question 'OTA Europe' with a ruu instead ota. This ruu link is not the version you search but searching the download base may help.

I've installed a custom ROM on my device and now I want to switch back to the stock ROM, I don't have a nandroid backup, what can I do? I've tried some RUU's but when I boot in Download Mode, it doesn't read anything.
Please help me
Just do a clean install (wipe internal memory also) and install the ruu

So your phone have 8.0 firmware. If you want stock 8.0, just enter my post from link below and download stock zip flash by TWRP. If you want stock RUU, you need follow DOWNGRADE to Nougat post.

I forgot, your CID can not use my rom. You must downgrade to nougat. because no one have 8.0 RUU.

I would install Nougat too, I just want the stock ROM..
Your CID is rare for single sim variant
First you need a Ruu for ur specific CID
then the rest of the steps are pretty much the same.

I should download a Nougat RUU for the 034 CID, right? Then when I put it in the sd and boot the phone in download mode it should install it, because I've it and it doesn't do anything, and the RUU seems good

from your post with the RUU's, I should download the first file from AndroidFileHost right? The CID_001__034 one
When I change the version with HTC Version Tool, I write 1.64.401.1 wich is the RUU's version, when I boot in download mode near OS it still shows 2.21.401.1 and it still doesn't read the RUU...

rename file ruu to 2PZFIMG.zip and copy to sd card
