there will soon be updated versions of g-flow and magic 8 ball ive just been working on cleaning up and optimizing the code in g-flow (was having performace issues when having many 50+ enemys on the screen lol

g-flow the tilt based game kidna like a mix between flow on the ps3 and geomitry wars on 360 is now going to be fully 3d rendered by the graphics card of the diamond and/or any other phone with enough power

Is it posible to make a tetris game that uses the g-sensor? For example: you rotate the blocks with the touch sensitive round thing in the direction that you want and you make the blocks go left-right-down bij tilting your diamond?
Nice idea.
And drop the blocks by clicking down or... suddenly move the device down (like you want to drop it).

Tested out Kevtris some (and a bunch more Tetris games out there). I'm not satisfied by having to use the "enter" button on the Touch Diamond, since it sucks! Trying to click "left" on the button soon finding out that I pushed the Home button instead... gets kinda frustrating! And also the button is stiff, too stiff!
So I continued my search for a Tetris game where you could play with your fingers and or stylus. The ONLY Tetris game I found out was TeKnowMagic Tetris, but sadly it does NOT support VGA mode... and as a side note it's kinda bad looking with the black background, bad brick style and ugly rotation buttons... I modifyed DoubleSkill ,an other software from XFlib, to use the Gensor of the Diamond !
It's a basic but realy hard game!(See description on Xflib).
ps : the calibration of the Gsensor is done at each new "round", so keep the diamond in good position before cliking for the next "round"

About the XFlib projects, if you got others ideas about a new port for Gsensor said it to me! (XFlib or other opensource project)
Doesn't work here.... it must be calibrated on my device, because the ball fall on the left side, also if i have the device rotated on the right. Some hint? I've tried GSensor calibrator but it doesn't save my calibration and it say that my GSEN is already calibrated (the bubbles are at the center of the bars)

What you see here looks like the MAME Emulator for PPC.
It splits the screen in 3 parts which are used as the Buttons.
What takes me wonder ist that it also looks like that he is using the jog wheel als joystick.
Does anyone konw how this can be done?

FinalBurn does indeed emulate CPS1, CPS2 and CPS3 games (including Street Fighter Alpha 3).
However there are several problems:
1. Low FPS during match (other games like XMENVSSTREETFIGHTER are better)
2. Jerky UNPLAYABLE performance with Sound ON.
3. Keyboard can't be mapped
4. Controls mapping issue
The degree to which FPS is impacted is dependant on the game.
This is my experience with the HTC Touch Pro.
I think we need a more optimised FinalBurn version.
Another problem is that the processor has to process 4 times more info for the VGA screen so it will probably work better in QVGA devices.
Unfortunately I've not found a way to adjust in game resolution.
This MAME emulator certainly has potential!
I think that everyone here knows the game on the iphone, computer and qvga winmo where you have to fly a helicopter trough a cave by tapping on the screen. Unfortunately there is no such game for VGA windows mobile phones, like the diamond. I hope that a developer is willing to make this simple game for the diamond, It'll make me (and others) very happy .

Thanks for the reply but caver is controlled by the G-Sensor and helicopter is controlled by taps on the screen or on a button. As you can see, if you tap the screen the helicopter goes up and when you release the helicopter goes down. I use a lot of those, and I've retired quite a few of them as well. All in all a good list, but a bit too much fluff. I've found myself using about 5 or 6 apps daily with a couple others here and there, but never more than 10-12 DIFFERENT apps over the course of the week for REGULAR usage, so I deleted most of the 'iphone' crap and stuck with the power user apps.
True. But I use most of them on a regular basis I mean it may not be heavy usage of everything, but like ChangeScreen is used constantly, so are apps like cleanRAM, G-Alarm, G-Profile, etc.
The awesome thing about winmo is that everyone's is different. I use my phone completely differently from anyone else I know. Just today, as I was sitting there using Remote Desktop, Listening to Digitally Imported's Live stream of Armen van Buren's 400th A state Of Trance show in Kinoma Play @ 128k, twittering, checking my email, talking to a friend over Palringo and uploading photos to facebook... I realized....
I'm sick. hahaha

Glad somebody found it useful This is actually my whole cab folder on my sd card I just found links and wrote descriptions which took about an hour or two. Thought it might help out people from looking at these massive forums. I update my cabs every week or so, so if people really like my idea, I'll keep updating the link every week or so.

Do u use the rotate screen s/w? do u have problem during an incoming call with no screen poping but sound only? I find FLIP_it can solve that problem, but flip_it's got only limited options...

Nope. ChangeScreen does not have that problem. I tried both in landscape and portrait, but mainly, I let CProg only stay in portrait.

I just tried ... the problem still exist !
I m using Nataly 2.1 ROM , with Touch PRO phone canvas
To reproduce the problem.
1: turn of touch FLO in today
2: enable rotate screen on changescreen in default to make it landscape all the time
3: then use another phone to call the diamond.
4: sound only and incoming call screen doesnt pop up.
I use it in landscape mode ONLY when i use it in the car , for music / GPS / handsfree
