Is it possible to add new tabs at the HTC Touch FLO Home screen? I have the Telstra ROM and and Telstra as an operator has added a tab "My Place" there. So I think technically it is possible.
A tab that I would like to see is to display stock and share price. Like the weather tab, it needs to get data online and should be configurable.
Unfortunately I don't know how to do that. If anyone has info on how to add Tabs to the HTC Home, please share you info here.

Hi guys,
After trying all of the roms on the forum I've decided I want a clean HTC wm 6.1 rom.
I was hoping that the rom would have the home screen pictured in all of microsoft's videos, but it seems that the screen is not available in the rom designed for our device.
Does anyone have any ideea how I can get that feature?

Uncheck the HTC Home today item plugin in Start -> Settings -> Personal -> Today icon -> Items tab. There you can select all the other stuff like Owner Info, Device Lock, etc.
Nope. It's not what i'm looking for.
What i'm looking for is the windows slide home screen...
If I think I know what you're talking about, that might be for non touch screen devices, not the wm6 pro on the Cruise.

I have become increasingly annoyed by the Touch Flo interface. I desire Today Agenda be more accessable (finding Second Today too unweildy) am considering installing the HTC home 6 tab interface I had on my XDA 2 and which gives me all the functions I need. Is there any reason why I should not attept this?

Maybe - but why?
Settings - Home, unselect Touchflo, U can select your favorite todayplugs.
Second today and so on U must install before.

I want an HTC home type interface with Today Agenda. If I unselect TouchFlo I lose the convinient interface. If I use Second Today I lose the functionality of having everything on a single screen. Hence thinking an earlier version of HTC Home would give me everything I want. Just slightly nervous of trying to instal it without advice from y'all.

Another idea: try SPB Mobile Shell 3, it is customizeable
is there a way i can get the footprints tab on my hd2 without having to flash. i see that its there on navi panel but its just for direction i would like it as a tab on htc sense like the uk hd2 does
Go to settings>>personalize>>Home screen Tabs>>check Footprints>> click done. Then that's it, HTC Sense will reset itself, scroll to Footprints. That's it.

ive just got my new HTC touch2 and i cannot find away how to change my current location on home screen, it says rockville? im in england. also is there a way to change the background on the other screens apart from the home.

For the first question - i succeeded to change location to my town after i installed Weather Update from HTC site, but if your phone is operator one you need to hack it before that (HSPL).

start-settings-system-regeional settings,
then select your location from the list
To answer your other question: to change your homescreen and other tab screens use M2DC application.
After installing Cookies Home Screen, I believe I lost ability to manage what tabs (Footprints, Stocks, Weather, etc) are visible.
Is there any way to manage those tabs ?
On the same line ... does T-Mobile HD2 have eReader tab and if so, how to enable it ?

are you reeeealy sure? cos if you leave the settings page list scrolled to the bottom, the top entry is security, , , try sliding down on the list....
