Disable coverage lights - Mogul, XV6800 General

Is there a way to disable the blinking green coverage light without disabling ALL lights on the device? All the registry hacks I found will disable both the Coverage and the Bluetooth status lights.
I just want the thing to stop blinking 24x7.

LEDKiller works great on the Mogul. The blinking light was going to drive me crazy. It doesn't disable the other LEDs or the vibrate.

Chaning lights on top

Is there a registry key where we could change the green led to a blue led? I don't use blutooth much anyways so I thought I could have it flashing blue instead of green; just looks cooler imo.
Thnx=)
I don;t think this can be done; So sar no-one has been able to find a hack to disable the blue led for those who don't want it, so if we can't turn it off I suspect we won't be able to hack it to operate for anything else either - I suspect the Blue LEd is hard wired into the BT radio unit and not controlled by software at all. THat way, when the BT radio is on, so is the LED.
This certainly seems to be the situation. It is notable that when BT is enabled, the blue light flashes independently of the green/orange light.
The only solution would be to replace the LEDs, which although tricky should be quite possible.

This is funny. I'm exactly looking for the opposite: i.e. to restore my flashing led.
I don't know why and which program caused it, but my led is not flashing at all and I don't wanna hard reset.
what do those lights mean?
blue blinking = bluetooth?
orange blinking = recieved a message or call?
green blinking = radio on?
permanent blue = ?
permanent green = ?
permanent blue = ?
and whith indicator for battery and power?
thanx
well permanent orange is charging
and permanent green is fully charged
that's about all, haven't played w/ bt yet

How many LED's and what for?

Can you please tell me how many LED's are on Trinity and what kind of missing calls, messages notifications are present, hopefuly via LED which rapidly changing colors?
In the manual it says:
Left LED:
This LED shows the following:
• A blinking Blue light for Bluetooth system
notification of powered-up and ready to transmit
radio frequency signal.
• A blinking Green light for Wi-Fi status.
• When both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled, their
lights blink alternately.
Right LED:
This (bi-color) LED shows Green and Amber lights
for UMTS/GSM standby, UMTS/GSM message,
UMTS/GSM network status, notification, and battery
charging status.
Click to collapse
so, when I miss phonecall or sms this right LED will notify me by changing lights all the time until I confirm event, how visible it is? It is very important to me that just by looking at phone I know I have something to check.
Took me a while to check, but here it is:
When charging, the right LED will show a steady amber light, it turns steady green when fully charged. When not charging, the right LED will blink green to indicate GSM reception.
When you have recived a sms, or a call, which you didn't answer, the right LED will, whether it is charging or not, start to blink amber until you have read the sms, or have seen the incoming number.
So in short, blinking amber right LED is either a missed call, or sms.(probably mms too)
That's it, I'm planing to buy this wonder and your input is very helpful, thank you very much!

can I turn off blinking yellow light?

I have the HDC 3600i Pro.
This is a little annoying (at night) so I wonder if there is a function to turn off the yellow operation light or at least stop it blinking.
note I'm talking about the light just above the screen.
I think the light is the one that says you have a link to the mobile carrier and the simplest solution is probably to put your Trinity face down on a cushion. It's what i do.
I did eventually find a hack called LED killer which I install and no blinking light
note it just disabled the blinking behaviour all the other functions like charging and wifi and bluetooth are still active..
exactly what I wanted
I think the LED killer is good for all HTC devices apparently.
Yes, you can change the led status by nueLed, i do the same for the Status Led that disturb my sleep

[Q] Is it possible to use the green charging light by the USB for notifications?

Hi all.
When you charge your Flipout, a green light stays on by the MicroUSB port letting you know the phone is charging.
Is there a way to make this green light the notification light?
The default white notification lights on the front of the phone are kind of difficult to see.
I find myself sometimes squinting at the phone trying to determine if it's blinking or not. Obviously if you're in a dark room or something this won't be an issue but in a normal lit environment is where I spend most of my time.
If there is no way to make the green light act as a notification light, perhaps you can have the screen itself light up a few times.
Is anything like this possible or am I out of luck?
Thanks.

Notification LED works only for charging

Rooted phone here.
The notification LED doesn't seem to be working for...notifications. No matter what kind, I can never tell I have a notification until I turn the screen on. Anyone have the same problem/solutions?
Not really, perhaps the problem is that it's only Red or Green, its not an RGB LED. I've seen it blinking when a whatsapp message comes in or if I have a missing call but it blinks too fast, so that's the problem and you can't change the timing either.
