I think this is a very common question and must have been asked before. i did a search but was unable to find a direct topic related to this problem.
I want to use my magician as a headset for PC. I have successfully connected magician to my pc activesync over bluetooth. Now i want to use my magician as a headset device for voice conferencing in Msn or yahoo messengers.
Any way of acheving this?

I don't think this is possible. The bluetooth profile is missing and I don't think that any PDA can do this. Get yourself a bluetooth headset and use it together with your PDA and PC.
I've got the latest iMate rom with the push email installed on my Vario. Have started to notice that after disconnecting from either ActiveSync or Bluetooth that my Vario requires a soft reset to receive and make calls or to access the Internet or download email via gprs.
Anyone else had this problem?

I have latest ROM and since that no longer can connect to active sync which I was able to before. I am able to connect to my car and headset.
I'd love steps--It doesn't give me active sync as a choice when I try to connect to computer from 8125 active sync using bluetooth. Only service listed is WIRELESS STEREO.

hi.. i have i-mate k-jam and i have a problem i think all who have pocket pcs had it...
the problem is when i receive a call the bluetooth headset isn't being activated automatically, i mean i have to go to menu>>activate headset,,,
i tried to install (bluetooth manager) which is in e-ten devices but everytime it says to me (unable to install the program),, i've downloaded it from this forum by the way,,,
so can you get me (bluetooth manager) or at least tell me the way to activate headset automatically?? thanks a lot

I could do it through Bluetooth. Pair both the Device and your PC and connet to Audio Gateway service.
Once you get a call you should be able to answer it from the PC itself

Hi. I figured it out already. It is BT problem with XP Serv 2. All solved now so I can integrated auto answer with PC on top of home automation. Thanks again for your advice.
