Unlock OEM option doesnt appear - Samsung Galaxy A40 Questions & Answers

Hello,
After unlocking BL on the A40, I cant flash the Magisk- flashed AP. It says only official binaries are allowed.
Flashing the TWRP worked, but phone was also stuck in and it was not able to boot it into the recovery mode.
Any hints?

Help in flashing custom roms

I've unlocked the bootloader using the official asus unlocking app.
Upon checking fastboot oem device-info it says that my device is unlocked.
I had flashed twrp 3.0.24 using fastboot and rooted it but when i try to flash cm13 (downloaded fom official cm site), it gives error 7.
So, I had removed asserts from updater-scripts and tried to flash which was successful but it did not but and got stuck at fastboot mode
I had anandroid backup which helped me reviving and after that i eve n tried ressurection remix, which too fell me in the same problems..at first i got error 7 and after removing, it didnt boot..
I even flashed cyanogen recovery but after flashing, when i try to boot into recovery, it gets stuck at the fastboot mode ... though it booted normally, but it didnt boot into recovery mode.. so i again flashed twrp which booted properly though..

flashing twrp-> custom recovery blocked by frp lock j5

i am trying to flash twrp 3.0 on a samsung j500fn in odin, but when i press start, i get a msg on the phone:
custom recovery blocked by frp lock
At this time i havent anabled OEM unlock yet, is that the problem?
What can i do? I read stories of people flashing twrp and after that it won't boot anymore, with the same message?

You forgot to enable OEM unlock, now you have to flash stock rom using odin, and do it again, this time don't forget to enable OEM unlock, how are you going to mess around with your system, when you forgot to unlock bootloader when rooting?
no, i am still in download mode on the samsung. Flashing twrp just didn't work. Phone is still working ok. I am just getting this msg when i am trying to flash twrp with Odin.

P9 Lite FRP Lock - How to unlock

All,
I had flashed Elite ROM v4 and it was successful except messing up on MagiskSu where one application still detected the phone is rooted. To solve the problem, decided to flash it again without realizing OEM lock is off - forgotten to activate before start flash. Now, after wipe everything using TWRP,reboot to continue the flashing procedure, the phone is unable to boot into TWRP recovery and only able to boot to stock recovery and fastboot. Unfortunately the FRP is lock and I could not not flash TWRP again. Any advice?

Honor 8 Lite PRA-AL00 heavy brick, need help

I had EliteTWRP 3.2.1-0 and restored the official rom from twrp recovery but it was stuck when trying to first-time configure the phone(it wouldn't get past the wifi setup). So I went into twrp to try and format everything and try to flash a different ROM and I faced another problem. Internal storage couldn't be mounted. I wanted to fix that by flashing the twrp 3.1.1 because that worked for me before. I got in the fastboot mode but it said that the phone is locked. That was strange to me so I tried unlocking the bootloader with "fastboot oem unlock [my unlock code]". The prompt came on screen asking me if i wanted to unlock boot loader and factory reset and I said yes. Then my phone restarted and is stuck on "Your device has been unlocked and cant be trusted. ...mod=restore page... Your device is booting now...". From that point it's stuck on that screen and I can't get into the recovery or fastboot mode. I tried the dload method(holding volume up volume down and power button) but that did nothing.
Please help.

Only official released binaries are allowed to be flashed after first reboot

I have rooted my s8 and unlocked bootloader but after my first restart i get the message.
"Only official released binaries are allowed to be flashed " it keeps restarting and wont let me get into twrp or flash twrp.
I cannot flash older roms but managed to flash the latest rom onto the device.
My phone is uk g950f with latest android 9 before doing the rooting.
My bootloader is unlocked so i get the oem unlocker on developer mode but i have flashed twice and cannot seem to get the phone to work after first restart.
I followed this video if it helped and installed the three zips in adb sideload before getting into android but first reboot and my phone is softbricked.
