OPEN_KR is what is recommended. You should follow cloud's instructions to localize. If you are in NA, I have an NA OP image ready to flash.

No, there is a size mismatch. You should read cloud's thread on localization for instructions. There is a link to a customized OP for NA if that is the localization you need.

Download seems to be OTA only. Using PC suite only brings up the old 10e version.
Regarding LG Germany, this update is mainly fixing the "turning itself off" bug...

My Yu Yureka Plus came with AOSP android instead of Caynogen lollipop. It has a AOSP recovery and a different fastboot. Images below. The fastboot does not accept any existing Yu commands like bootloader(results in failure) Can anybody please help?

Contact your phone carrier for an explanation, other than that do what other suggestions say and flash with Odin.
Download smart switch first before you try to flash it is Samsung official tool, worked for me, then you don't have to worry about backups and losing your data

Would be the best option and it might then fix up what is causing no updates so future ota will work.
