Can anyone help me make an original htc ROM update work with Nandroid ?
I've tried creating an MD5 file (nandroid.md5) but Nandroid STILL say MD5 sums mismatch.

Posting in the wrong forum for a start.
Ok, forget trying to change md5 sums. First download this HBOOT image which will give you S-OFF (this will allow you to use the next tool I'm going to link you to), just flash it in recovery, reboot when its finished flashing and then leave it alone until it reboots into your current ROM.
HBOOT: HBOOT
After you've done that download this tool, Fastboot commander.
Fastboot commander
Next boot into fastboot by turning the phone off and back on again while holding power and volume down. It will look for images on your SD-card (don't worry), select fastboot and then plug in your usb. Open up fastboot commander and flash the .IMG files in your nandroid folder from fastboot.
Done!

download the factory image from google. Then you can extract all of the xxxx.img and flash those via fastboot.
So I was getting ready to flash a rom and I accidently wipped my whole phone. I can still use fastboot, but when I try to flash a rom using this command
Fastboot update [Rom_Filename.zip]
I get the following error message:
archive does not contain 'android-info.txt'
archive does not contain 'android-product.txt'
error: update package has no android-info.txt or android-product.txt
does anyone know of a rom I can flash through fast boot?
I figured it out, flashed a recovery image, then pushed a rom to the phone with adb and it flashed just fine.

Test mm rom and decide to return to lp
I got the restore on twrp but after all
Wifi switch not work
Wifi dont switch on
You probably have to flash back the 5.1.1 radio on fastboot mode

How did you unlocked your bootloader without knowing how to use fastboot?
You did it with some tool?

to flash the radio.

So this is how you fix this issue:
download radio (modem) here
Do not use flashify to create a zip you MUST flash within adb. In my case I downloaded minimal adb here
place the modem non-hlos.bin in C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot (or wherever you installed minimal adb at) then hold down shift right click and open command here
Make sure you have adb drivers installed here
The command you need is fastboot flash modem non-hlos.bin
Make sure you rename the hlos.bin file lowercase because when you download it from the link above its all capital.
should be something like this..
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot flash modem non-hlos.bi

That should be it, remember you must be in bootloader mode "fastboot mode" for this too work.
Thanks to @Koush for the drivers, @newHere:) and a few other guys I forgot to mention.
I am curious why the modem has to be flashed in adb? In the MM case I see flashable zip of the modem. I also see a LP flashable modem zip file somewhere in this forum but that doesn't work. I tried making one myself it also doesn't work.
To upgrade my Moto X Pure XT1575 I had to fastboot that first. I'm using this method to get Marshmallow:

Then because of some problems I did a Nandroid restore. and Wi-Fi didn't work. In notification it won't even get selected and in settings it will turn on but immediately turn off in less than a second.
So for anyone with a Moto X Pure, THIS METHOD WORKS. (Upgrading to Marshmallow & fixing wifi error just in case you need to restore)

I just want to know can I extract the files from fastboot firmware and make a twrp flash able zip ROM for my mi A1 and I have a little confusion there is a system_other.img file in fastboot ROM what is it for and second there is no shoot.img file in fastboot ROM there is emmc_appsboot.mbn file what I can do with these two files please reply I'm really confused.
