Increase audio past the range specified by the vendor?

alright so I've found the Acer a500 lacks a little on sound especially when connected to headphones.....so i was wandering are there any kernel tweaks available to increase maximum output through headset.
I've tried the apps they don't work i also realize increasing it past vender specified range might blow the speakers or decrease there life..
i thought just a simple kernel tweak would be enough or maybe even through Adb shell access but this was the only thing i could find

I'm even willing to go as far as a speaker replacement which wouldn't be hard at all right just swap out some compatible speakers?
any thoughts on it? Thanks again

[Q] Best ROM for Audio/Video/Mic Quality

Folks,
I am experiencing low mic volume output after installing cm-10.1-20130411-EXPERIMENTAL-p5110-M3 on a Samsung Galaxy Tab p5113. The application we are testing is video and in this case the mic volume is really low. This is a tablet to tablet skype like video session. Here the other end perceived very low Audio coming from the Tab with the CM-10.1-20130411-EXPERIMENTAL-p5110-M3. Stock ROM mic levels were fine. I read through a bunch of the forum and saw some folks noting this issue with other older CM builds.
I was able to install the Alpha Widget app and it has a mic gain control function. Does anyone know what this gain control actually manipulates within the Android OS/Kernel? It would be great to manually manipulate this mic gain at OS / CLI level.
Is there any file/value that I can modify at the OS level to manipulate the Volume output of the Mic?
Any other ROM's that you might recommend that handle mic volume/Audio/Video better than the ROM mentioned above?
Thanks in advance.

Custom ROM media distortion?

So I think I've discovered a major bug across all ROMS. It seams that our DACs are not processing audio correctly. I've tried every single ROM on this form and to date I have not found one that does not exhibit some sort of distortion or sound abnormalities compared to stock. I've also tired installing multiple audio mods to no avail, some of them actually make the static/distortion worse. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

What that other guy said about the proper forum....
Anway... So this bug...
What does it sound like?
What frequencies are distorting? Highs? Mids? Lows? Everyting?
At a certain volume?
A certain app or all apps or system wide?
Wired headphones, wireless headphones, bluetooth speaker, phone speaker?
Kernel?
ROM?
I cant think of what else I would normally ask but that about covers everything.
In other words, we need a lot more detail just to identify the issue.

Need help increasing call volume

I really like this phone. One issue that I do have is that the call volume is lower than I would like. Doesn't matter whether I am using the phone or bluetooth - same issue, I would like to boost the call volume.
I have used the Stock software, Resurrection Remix and Havoc - and the issue is present with each of those ROMs.
I have tried Viper4Android, and while that can increase the volume for other media, it doesn't seem to be able to increase the call volume.
I have also seen discussion for other moto devices, success in making changes to mixer_paths.xml (which in our phone is in vendor/etc/mixer_paths.xml), but I can't seem to identify the values that should be altered (it seems like the file is different than it was for other moto devices).
Any ideas or direction would be greatly appreciated.

[QUESTION] Sound fix for low/unstable sound Android 10 Custom ROMs (on headset only)

English is not my primary language but I hope you will get the message.
Any custom ROMs I tried have this issue on Call of Duty Mobile and PUBGM game.
The sound is great for listening music on Youtube, but for these games the sound is very low and unstable (sometimes disappeared).
I can fix this by deleting QRD_Headset_cal.acdb file (which is the culprit) but if I delete this file I will hear low static sound in backgroud whenever any sounds playing.
These are the custom Android 10 ROMs I tried:
-Pixel Experience
-ionOS
-Lineage-X/17.1
-PixysOS
-HavocOS
I want to try other ROMs but I afraid they will have same this sound mods.
Is there any fix or patch for this issue?

After deleting that file
Set negative earphone gain from kernel auditor or zenparts.
Also facing the same in Resurrection Remix Rom. Badly need that Zenphone parts where we could change the mic gain but the rom lacks it. Lets see if I can change with kernal auditor.
Installing v4a 2.7 seems to fix most audio/mic related problems for me...
