Help please - Samsung Galaxy M30s Questions & Answers

Spot is present on every photo or video I click from my primary camera It also zooms when I zoom to click a picture or video please help whether it is a dust particle or any issue with the camera sensor
Also there is No visible is scratches or dust particle on the lens

This dust is large and colorful, which means that it transmits light. Maybe it is stuck to the inside of the objective lens or to the image sensor. Zooming is done programmatically. Dust is always the same.

Can you tell how can I confirm that it's dust or sensor is burned

The black outline indicates a sensor burn. Take it to a repair shop or to the servicing center. They may change the sensor if there is no visible damage to the lens.

cleaning the main camera from inner dust

can somebody tel me how to clean the main camera from dust ?
the dust is in the camera later i will post picture of it
thx!
here is the picture the black line and pixels are the dust
none to help ?
If dust is on inner side of lens, the only way I can think ofaccessing this to clean it, correct me if I'm wrong would be to take the HD apart to get at the camera lens. Obviously this would void warranty. If you are talking about outer side, then you could possibly use an ear cleaner
My guess would be that it's a sealed unit (ironic description for something that isn't well sealed)....you probably need to replace the whole lens.
i m having same problem with the htc hd....any1 has any solution ?

Rear Camera Lens Replacement

So I got an X727 this past Thursday, and I accidentally set it on a table too hard with the stock case on and, well, the camera lens cracked. It's not across the sensor, but I know it's a matter of time before it spreads and the rear camera becomes unusable.
How difficult is it to replace the rear camera lens? Where can I find a replacement?
Thank you in advance ?
My camera lens has a crack across the sensor now; when aiming towards light reflections of said light reflect all across the image.
I'm desperate, someone please help!
Figured out that the lens can be replaced without removing the rear housing.
Still, though, where can I find replacement lenses?
Will a tempered glass camera lens protector be suitable as a replacement lens?
something like this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2PC...-537f-4fd8-915a-9b7ef902e0bb&rmStoreLevelAB=5

lens flare

Does your lg g6 also has lens flare when taking a photo of a light?how to get rid of it?
This bugs me as well
I had to replace the camera glass when I got my used G6 (it was so scratched photos were washed out)
The replacement glass isn't perfectly flush with the phone, so I think the light hitting the edge of the glass is causing it, at least for me
That's too vague.... In auto mode you'll get glare on ALL LED lights but what can you use for example and I'll test with mine so we can compare

Front Camera Exposure Problem

After a screen replacement the exposure of my front camera is kind of messed up. The front camera is too sensitive to light and it seems the exposure is not correctly calibrated. Could it be software related or is the camera just damaged? The cause of the screen replacement was the RN7 falling from a considerable height and i'm thinking it maybe damaged the camera too.
Here there are some pics showing the problem: https://drive.google.com/open?id=137AcgVszWHDOMAHVvbfcdNEMihpX0Y3A
A badly scratched lens can often produce that kind of output...

Horrid pics taken by the telephoto lens/Portrait mode

While switching to the portrait mode, camera auto switch to the telephoto 3x zoom lens (the individual stand alone lens). The pic taken is very noisy under regular room light.. Using the normal mode, aka main lens the results are great. Anyone having this issue too?
I'm using a the Teardown skin along with the included case and I've noticed it too. Unfortunately, the dirt and lint likes to build up at the telephoto camera which is the one at the left, outside of the camera bump. Removing the case and also using a cotton swab to clean the camera lens fixes the issue for me.
I was thinking to make small camera cover from multiple layers of screen protector to build up some height to remove the indent and stop lint building up, but haven't got around making it yet.
It's not abt the lens that is dirty, it's seems the software processing on tele lens is just not right, pics produced are like Raw pics, not processed and noisy. You can try by switching to tele, (not wide angle). Take it in a average lighting room. Look at the pictures.. Its real bad.
Still no one could help? Or this is a known issue on oneplus 8 pro?
