Sorry to say but that's definitely fake. There won't be any Android 4.4+ ROM for this device.
But if you're interested into a Lollipop style ROM you might want to have a look at this one: [HUAWEI_G700][ROM]LolliKat_V4
I found a cm12.1 for your device.

Galaxy J5 Project Nougat

hi guys, im porting android n from the Yu Yuphoria. currently i changed the kernel, mostly the zimage and the partition, and the updater script. Last time when i ported it i didnt change that stuff, but i changed just files from the system and i just got a boot animation. I will keep u updated and i may upload a zip cuz im a noob and i most likely wont be able to do it without any developer help
edit: so it seems to be installing but its for like 1 sec and it actually doesnt install anything.
updater-script mount lines seem to be exactly the same, what am i doing wrong?
Sounds good.I really want to help but im noob too :/
tommorow i will upload the rom that i tried to port, now ported from the galaxy a5, same error. Only thing that is edited is zimage, updater script and build prop. developers, pls look it up when i upload it.

Wrong SECTION. You should have posted this in Questions & Answers
It is probably almost impossible:
1 ) We need clear AOSP as a base because if not there will be so freaking much bugs to resolve that it is not worth it
2 ) MIUI require special porting way for diferent socs there are diferent sources for snapdragon, diferent for mediatek but did not see any for our kirin
3 ) It need a lot of testing reainstalling so there need to be someone who can live without his p9 Lite
4 ) There is needed someone who knows how linux works and someone who know good miui rom
5 ) Maybe it would be possible with AOSP as a base but we dont have it and it is hard to port clear aosp so will not even sit with this
6 ) You have stock EMUI which is similar you dont need MIUI
7 ) I dont have actually time to even put linux in virtual machine so wont do this
8 ) This thread is in wrong section so need to be moved to q&a but I think I answered you question
9 ) Even if it is possible you will not even try this because you have locked bootloader. So if you will unlock it to install rom so why not to unlock it now and build it on your own? Just learn how to do this. For me on my old phone it did get a week to have a booting rom. But there was clear AOSP. Here I dont know will be longer so go ahead and good luck
OK changed my mind. Will try to build based on cm13 but nothing to promise and dont know when will find some time so dont expect anything
Thank you for your post

As you posted your question in a P8 forum ( Huawei P8 Questions & Answers) I assumed that is the phone you have, I do not own a Honor 4x and I would advise that you post your question within the appropriate forum.
Just do a search for that forum.

Enabling KVM on MYA-L22

Hey folks I’m new to this forum, sorry if this was posted on wrong place.
I have searched a lot on “how to enable KVM on android devices” until I found a tutorial (by Limbo Emulator) that has guided to:
Modifying the file “sourcecode/arm64/configs/*****-defconfig” and adding some other parameters and compile.
So my question is basically can this be done on our MTK devices? Because that tutorial was made for galaxy s8 exynos processor.
I could ’ve tried that instead of asking but we need to download gigabytes of ubuntu and tools to compile such kernel.
Can someone please answer?
Note; kernel sources of MYA-L22 are downloadable from official huawei website.
Thanks
