icon is not there anymore

I miss at all people the sign add concact suddenly was gone ?? how do I get this back someone knows this please help

Update: After some 30 mins of research on google I found a way to do

FB messenger was working fine......but by mistake i uninstalled all my apps and i had to reinstall it........but when i open it, firstly screen goes black and then it force closes without any "force-close" message......please Help me.....

Hey If Anybody Know How This Feature Can Be Made In Installing Apps..
I Was Flashing Some Zip Files And After When I Tried To Install App Then It Had Some Other Option Like
Default/Internal/External..
Asking For Installation Location..Love That Awesome Feature..But I Also Dont Know How It Came And Why...

Can't use GNL as my launcher

Hello fellow N4 users,
I have a really small and annoying issue which is probably so easy to fix but I haven't run into this before. Simply put - my GNL won't show up in 'Complete action using' dialog. THe screenshot will explain everything:
