Rooting Asus Zenfone Max Plus (M1) ZB570TLMT673GBK - Asus Zenfone Max Questions & Answers

Hey all,
I've been digging through these forums for a while today and either I have a device that no one else has, or just need to know where to find the info I need. I'm in Canada, and bought this device for cash at Staples a couple years ago. Now I've decided I'd like to root it if I can, but I'm not finding any info that fully matches my device.
If anyone has any info that could help me, it would be much appreciated!
Thank you!

[Q] Droid Pro CM9 Help

I am a total noob when it comes to phones. I am tech savvy, so i will understand what you tell me to do lol. I bought a droid pro off ebay that will be arriving soon and I was planning on installing this rom

I have no idea how I would do this though. If someone could tell me what to do it would be greatly appreciated. I also would like to know if this rom works well (especiall battery wise, and of course besides the camera), and if not what other roms to consider.

[Q] Galaxy Note 3 - New to forums

Hey all. I'm new to the forums and its been quite some time since i've owned an Android device. I've worked for Apple for a few years and recently decided to switch back to Android. At this point I'm re-familiarizing myself with the OS.
I used to be VERY involved with the "Jailbreak community" when I had my iOS device. And now I want to get to the same point I was regarding knowledge. First thing is to get this Note 3 "rooted" so I can do what I want with MY device.
Specs for my device:
Model number: SAMSUNG-SM-N900A
Baseband version: N900AUCUBMI9
At this point I really don't know what other information is needed to find what I need to make sure my "root" process is smooth. And yes, I have already searched the forum for both of those numbers above and found nothing. I guess the fact that it was released yesterday makes for nothing at this point. Please, anything would help my cause.
Thanks to everyone for your help in advance.

I'm new to Android (from the more user friendly iPhone garden) and have just gotten a Lenovo A3300-T tabletvia China as well.
After spending hours Googling and trying to make it useful I'm pretty much at a loss and ready to give up, but before I do, has anyone managed to either get Google Play to work on this model tablet or replace the firmware with something useful? (ie., that does have Googleplay included).
Cheers,

If anyone ever figures this out I'd love to hear back. Pretty much given up on Android for now but using this POS as a basic book reader until I get an iPhone 6 plus from work.
Suprised at how low quality the screen is though, makes my ancient iPod Touch look positively modern :crying:

[Q] ROMs for model Lenovo a820t

Hi everyone! I need help with my phone model Lenovo a820t.
I want to explain some issues of my phone before make the question.
I bought it 5 days ago in Aliexpress and when I received it I saw that didn't seems like a Lenovo phone, at least doesn't appears the logo neither back or front of the case. I think only the seller put a rom of lenovo inside the phone.
When I saw the features in settings/phone information, it says that is an eight core mtk6592 kernel and I don't see any a820t with mtk6592, every devices I saw are mtk6589.
From here, i've gone crazy looking for a ROM for my phone. I saw many threads but all of them are from months ago and anyone tell nothing about a good and stable rom for this model, everything are problems and nothing reliable.
Anyone knows some site where I can find a rom for this model (lenovo a820T) or anything that could help me please? I'm desperate!!:crying::crying:
I hope you can understand my question.
Of course, thanks for every response, I follow this forum since my first android mobile and there's no site with more information than this to learn.!

unlock bootloader

This is the first time I have bought a Chinese device! So far I have been dealing with them. Many models have passed through my hands, and I do not need to list them all. the Poco m3 I found that it takes 7 days to unlock it I imagine the company will have a reason to do something like this, but no matter how much I put my imagination to work I could not find why. Can you explain it to me?
Please read this thread.
I was told to wait for 360 hours (15 days) when I unlocked bootloader of my POCO M3.
It might be because I didn't enable find device on my M3.
I have redmi note 3 pro. Years ago there was no need to wait.
I guess because of avoiding some bad guys to install bad bloat apps in phone then sell it.
It is necessary that providing a new phone and new system inside to customers.
If unlock phone immediately then I can pretend this phone is new easily and you can't figure it out.
