#SaveTheNight - Night photos with the Find X5 - OPPO Find X5 Pro General

Hi everyone, here are my photo samples shot using the Find X5 in night mode and various other photo modes such as long exposure and tripod mode. I must say that I am quite impressed with the results of the images, as they retain a lot of detail and capture a lot of light while being able to keep the sky super dark. Likewise for shots during the evening the camera system did a great job capturing the evening dusk light.

Night mode shots

I took these last night of my 24 year old (yes - 24) cat in my bedroom with very dim lighting using night mode and image stabilization on my Vibrant. I have to say, I'm damned impressed with how real and natural the coloring came out. Had any type of flash been used the photos would have been flash-fried all to hell!
Way to go Samsung!

[Q] S5 excessive reflective "flare" when taking pictures

I attached a picture illustrating my problem with the S5 camera. If I take a picture in the sun, reflections just "flare" like crazy as seen in the photo. Sometimes the flare is so bad that it pretty much ruins the photos. I realize that if one takes a picture in the sun that there will be some reflections, but these are pretty excessive. I've had a few Galaxy phones over the years, and the cameras never used to do that. Is there a setting that I can use to get rid of those flares, or at least reduce them?
Thanks.

Manual camera bug/glitch/failure?

Hello,
I bought a new S8 (G950F) about a month ago. Yesterday, I was trying to shoot the night sky.
So I opened a camera, set up manual mode (10 sec shutter, 50 ISO).
When I later tried to edit the RAW file with Lightroom (or Snapseed, doesn't matter) to increase exposure, I have noticed this weird thing.

Does it happen to only me?
Please, try the same and tell me.
Thank you.

Stories from Varied Perspectives #OppoFindX5Pro #OppoAmbassadors

Hi all
For this challenge I thought I would try and capture parts of my city as if I was a tourist to show off some of the beautiful parts of it. This task made me really think of the types of picture I am taking and I hope I have done this awesome phones camera some justice. I am by no means a photographer I just love capturing images that stand out to me or make me want to capture a memory. so with that said I will let the photos to the rest of the talking .
