33W Charger for Redmi Note 7S ? - Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Questions & Answers

Hi
I have an old Redmi Note 7S(India).
Should I use 33W fast Charger for it ?
Will it be safe ?
I have another 18W Charger too.
Should I always use Stock data Cable while Charging or I can use new cable too with different power brick ?

[Q] Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Charger

Hi folks,
I happened to have lost my original charger for Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and all I have now is the USB cable. For emergency purposes, I need to charge my phone and it doesn't charge fast connecting to a PC. I do have an adapter for Samsung Galaxy S4.
Is it OK to use the USB cable on Samsung Galaxy S4 Adapter and charge my device? Or will there be a problem?
My phone battery is a 3.8 V Li-ion and 12.16 Wh
The Galaxy S4 adapter shows an output value of 5.0 V and 2.0 A

Thanks!

If that's hard ... can anyone holding a Galaxy Note 3 please post your output value mentioned on the original adapter?

It should be fine, most wall charges are fine. If you want faster charging you can make a charge only cable (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zwKCXJc1iTc) and it will always charge at max speed. While this isn't good for your PC, it works perfectly for car chargers.
Any 5MV charger will work perfectly.
The official Note 3 charger is 5.3V - 2A, so using a 5V adapter will be fine, just a bit slower.
I use my old HD2 and S3 charger half the time.
using a 2A charger will be fine. 1A charger need double of the time

Hi,
I tested various chargers and usb cables, including the normal micro usb from the older devices, most of them works like a charm
Including my old OTG dongle (usb 2.0), I didn't yet compare the speed difference between both...

buy any chinese charger man it'll be a gud alternate for d original one
You can use pretty much anything.
I charge my Note 3 with the original one (5.3v/2A), I charge it with a Note 2 charger (5.0v/2A) and I charge it with an old Nokia charger (don't recall voltage but it is 0.8A). It will just charge slower, but otherwise works perfectly.
battery problem
recently I've bought a galaxy tab s 8.4 , but take too mach time (about 6 hours) to charging with it's stock charger (5.3 v , 2.0 A) , when i charged with note 4 charger (5 v , 2.0 A) , it charged normal (about 2.5 hours)
now i have two questions :
1. the note 4 charger is suitable for my device ? isn't bad for battery life ?
2.is it possible that the stock charger was fake !!!???

Charging problem

Hey.. I need to charge my nexus 4 .. But i don't have a charger for it , i have a charger for my note 2 which is 5v . 2A .. Can i charge it with this charger or it may cause a problem ?

Wireless FAST charge for note 4?

Simple question, does the "wireless fast charge" pad work with the note 4?
I was looking on eBay and found a lot of these listed as "Fast charge for note 5/edge - compatible with note 3/4" that charge at the 5A power --- but all the ones that are specifically for note 4 charge at 500ma, so I'm wondering whether the note 4 can really wirelessly charge at 5A or if it still only charges at 500ma (with the 5A being restricted to the newer note 5)
The only one I found that did garuntee 5a charging was a wireless pad that wrapped around and plugged into the micro USB port, which only made me more suspicious that the note 4 cant wirelessly charge at 5A...
On a side-note (no pun intended) anyone tried using a wireless charger while using the note4 GearVR? I'm thinking this might be a way around the ~2 hour battery life issue for GearVR...?
Wireless fast charging pad works with the note 4 but the phone will charge at regular speed; not fast charge.

power adapter 29w!!

hi guys ,
i bought new wireless charger model spigen f302w
its can charge with 10w , My question is if I buy a 29w power adapter, I will get a difference in the speed of charging or no and it will affect or damage my device?
thanks
No. Note FE can only be charged at 15W max(9V at 1.67A) with AFC (adaptive fast charger). I find that QC2.0 chargers also work.

Nope. Not fully compatible. I have OP6T and tried to charge my RN7 with Dash charger.
Correct me if I am wrong, but a USB-PD charger will support Quick Charge on the RN7 / RN7 Pro as they support QC 4.0 which is compatible with USB-PD?
Also will a QC3.0 charger fully support QC4.0 quick charge speeds?
Redmi note 7 supports 18W charger, whereas Oneplus 6T supports 20W charger. So Oneplus charger is not compatible with Redmi note 7
Thats not true, redmi note 7 supports qc4 wich goes up to 30W Charging
