Huawei Health keeps reverting to Metric (km) units (and impossible to report to Huawei) - Other SmartWatches

Hey guys
Just wanted to see if I am the only person with this problem. In the Huawei Health App on iOS, I have it set to imperial units but every time I close the app from the app switcher and reopen the app, I find that it has returned to metric units even though it is set as imperial units in the settings. I tried to report this bug to Huawei but their bug reporter tool does nothing. I know that my internet isn't the problem because I am able to check for updates and trying with data it does nothing. Does anybody else have the same thing with them?
Using iPhone X on 15.2 and Honor Band 5 Latest firmware. Huawei Health App also latest.

I have the same exact issue. It will still show “Imperial “ in settings, but shows km on the display.

I just tried to submit as an issue, and got the same “Submit failed “ message as you did.

Same issue here, too. Glad you took the time and trouble to organize us. Definitely looking at another manufacturer for my next band.

Did anyone ever get a fix for this issue?

Live Broadcast Problem

Is anyone else having problems doing the live broadcast? It keeps asking me to log into you tube. Then it says this feature has been already enabled and then a small youtube screen overlays the screen but I can't start broadcasting...
What's up with that?

Just now i have read your post but it is not clear the post, because you dont say. How many times its happen and how long. How much time you have tried ,sometimes it may be happen only for networks and it may be devicecal problem .It will be better you should clear your question and then it will be not blury and may be helpful to give your answer.Be happy and Thanks for question.
I just started trying this afternoon but I've tried for a few hours. I've attached a picture to show the screen it stays on. It stays on that screen. I'm not able to start recording after I sign in. I hope this clears it up.

Yotaphone 2 compass

Hi All,
I recently brought a Yotephone 2 (from China) and upgraded it to Lollipop (LRX21M5.0.0-EU1.1.124b).
I was hoping to use the e-ink screen with the OsmAnd+ but when using the e-ink screen the compass is reversed so the map confusing to use. I tested the compass using GPS Status. With GPS Status open on the main screen and the phone pointing north (up), west (left), etc. Switching to the e-ink screen (phone pointing north), west is now on the right side, this is clearly wrong. The firmware should compensate for this so that any app reading the compass is correct. Anyone else noticed this?

The compass is reversed because you are holding the phone backflipped. The same would happen with a real compass. The developers of Google maps didn't thought about a phone having a screen in the back. There's one maps app in the yotastore designed for the EPD, but I cannot tell if it fixes this issue, as it is also based on Google Maps. My best suggestion is to send a message to the developers of Yotaphone in their facebook channel, so they can fix the issue in their next update which is currently in the works.

I noticed a bad touchscreen behaviour when I tap or swipe in the top area (near the top edge - where there are the 2 speakers). If I try to draw a line slowly, it often results in a dotted or strange zig-zag line. This means that, for example, when I scroll a pdf i get a very uncomfortable behaviour. I made ad ad example:

It happens with every kind of app.
I tried factory reset and wipe cache, but the problem remained, so i contacted Lenovo assistance. I received (after a month) my tablet from under warranty repair service. They changed my screen with a new one, they wrota "changer screen and passed gerenal testing" but the problem is still here.
Do you also notice that problem? Did you solve it in any way?
Please, answer also if you don't have the problem so i can establish if this is a faulty device or not.

[Havoc v4.6] Note 4 SM-N910F - GPS problem - no position determination possible

On Sunday I flashed the "Havoc-OS-v4.6-20210727-trlte-Unofficial.zip" (Android 11.0) onto my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 LTE N910F and so far I am very happy with it.
Before I had the N4S-Rom v14.4 (Android 6.0) on it, everything worked perfectly. On the train I also made the new TWRP 3.6.0_9-0-trlte on it.
The only problem is that in the apps: Clever-tanken, WetterOnline, Wetter.com and also in Google Maps no location can be determined.
With all of the apps mentioned, I of course also checked that they had the authorization to access the location.
GPS is switched on, but it does not appear in the statusbar at the top, although I have activated it there. In the "GPS Test" app, however, the symbol is there. I tested it on the balcony, so there was a clear view of the sky.

In my opinion there can be no hardware problem to blame, otherwise the "GPS test" wouldn't say that everything is OK, right?
There should either be something wrong in the settings or something ...?
I just installed the app "GPS Status & Toolbox", here you can also see that it should actually work, right?

HU yt9216cj - Api29 Android 10 - flipped screen

I've looked all over XDA and not found a topic like this.
I have a unit with the screen horizontally flipped and can not set it back to normal, tried several apps and factory settings but none of them seem to make the fix. has anyone have experience with a solution to this issue.

It is installed in a Jeep Wrangler, it rained the day before it happened, next morning I saw a drop of water in the screen, so I guess a drop got into the unit and may have corrupted electronics or something inside it, other than that the unit is running well. I read somebody recommends installing an app called "Rotation control" and other "screen rotation" but even that they work and rotate the screen, they won't get to the landscape screen I need.
Rotating your screen would not be the solution. Your screen is mirrored.
Get in contact with the seller and ask him how to fix that.
