Hello friends
As many of m30s user reporting random freezing while using and auto reboot on itself or sometime not even turns on by pressing and holding volume down and power key.
I too was mad at this hardware problem
I tried all possible ways like flashing old firmware or using aosp ,lineage os,but nothing was successful
Finally I tried one last method which was randomly tried
But that step unknowingly successful.
I have tested it many times without any previous behaviour.
Please check this link
hopefully it may work for you also.

i there. After (an attempt) to unlock the bootloader of my m30s and installing TWRP Recovery (TWRP_A50_Magisk_Prepatched) i find myself in an orange bootstate. I can't get it into recovery, download or fastboot mode. It seems like a full brick. I can't even power off the device. Only Volume up, Volume down and Power button let's the device reboot but then the same boot problems appear. Is there anything i can do to recover my phone?
Text of first screen when booting up:
"The phone's bootloader is unlocked and it's software integrity can't be verified. Andy data on this phone may be vulnerable to attackers. Don't store any important or sensitive information on this phone". Press power key to continue"
Text of second screen when booting up:
"The phone is not running Samsung's official software. You may have problems with features or security and you won't be able to install software updates"
Any ideas!?

Press and hold volume up and down and Connect to computer with drivers installed.
Flash stock rom using odin tool.

Yotaphone 2 - another bricked phone after update

Hi guys,
My Yotaphone 2 is currently stuck in a boot loop (shows android logo, then black screen, repeat) after a software update. I can get to the 'Downloading...' screen via power + vol. key and so have tried adb/fastboot as suggested in other similar threads. ADB can't see the device, which I guess is probably normal since it isn't booted up, but fastboot seemingly can. I've tried flashing the TWRP recovery which seems to go through fine on the PC end but doesn't seem to do anything at all on the phone itself. Calling a fastboot reboot gets the phone back to the boot loop and power + vol. goes back to the 'Downloading...' screen.
I've also tried using the Yotaphone flashing tool to flash a full android image - this also looked like everything was operating OK on the PC end but didn't seem to change anything on the phone once the process was complete.
Is there anything I'm missing or anything else I can try? Any help/ideas much appreciated!
Cheers.

Do you have any idea what caused the bootloop? (maybe installing xposed or something?)
When you keep vol-up pressed at (not after) the moment the phone vibrates during power on, you will end up in TWRP recovery. There you can at least wipe->factory reset. Don't do this if you have stuff on your phone you'd like to keep though. (you can try to rescue/backup those by trying "adb pull <path_to_file>" when the phone is booted into TWRP)

It was caused by doing an OS update (wasn't rooted or modified), I've only since tried installing the TWRP recovery and using fastboot to flash an official image to fix the looping. Flashing TWRP appears to work according to flashboot but holding the volume up key at the vibrate on power on doesn't do anything sadly.

Maybe I should rephrase: the vol-up should already be pressed once the vibrate starts. For a timing-insensitive, fool-proof (no pun intended) way you can enable bootloader (like you did before: you get the Downloading... screen). Then keep vol-up and power pressed together, after 15 seconds the device reboots hard, keep both keys pressed until you see TWRP 'curtain' screen, then release.
Did you try to use the YotaFlasher Windows application to reinstall an official ROM and restore factory defaults? You can get it from here, also download a ROM for your region here.

[GT-I9515] [BRICK] Help with Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition Full Brick

Hi Guys!
I'm new to XDA developers, but I've been following this forum for many years.
I would like to resurrect my old phone, a Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition (GT-I9515), witch is most likely bricked.
About one year ago, the device started to randomly reboot, until it no longer powered on (It was NOT rooted or modded).
Recovery also did not work, so I decided to flash the stock firmware with Odin. The flash failed, so i decided to follow a (really stupid ) guide that said that to solve it was necessary to flash a PIT file of the Samsung GT-I9505, so I tried it.
Since then, I'm not able to boot the phone anymore.
What can I do with the phone now? What have I tried? I'll try to be as clear as possible:
Recovery mode:
I can boot into recovery only by pressing VOL UP + POWER with phone connected to charger, and then inserting battery keeping pressed the buttons, but when I try to boot into Recovery Mode, 3 different things can happen:
It does not power on
It vibrates, then reboot and freeze in Samsung GT-I9515 logo
It vibrates randomly and then open successfully the stock recovery
Download mode:
I can boot into download only by pressing VOL DOWN + POWER with phone connected to charger, and then inserting battery keeping pressed the buttons, but when I try to boot into Download Mode, it seems that the screen freeze at a certain point while loading the recovery mode warning (this warning loads slowly, like a slide from top to bottom). The device rarely fully load the warning, and when it does, when I press the VOL UP key to confirm entering download mode (sometimes it does not respond to VOL UP click for confirmation and i must reboot) Odin is able to find the device but during a flash the Odin log stop at Setup Connection, so the device is not responding.
Normal boot:
Yesterday, after hundreds of attempts, I was able to start the phone normally (I don't know how) , it asked for the initial configuration and language, but when I turned it off, the problem reappeared and I was not able to boot it normally. In most cases, the device freezes in Samsung GT-I9515 logo, it continues to restart or simply does not vibrate or power on.
When charging, I don't see anything such as the charging battery icon or the LED.
I realize that I was wrong to flash that PIT file, but is there anything I can do to make this device work properly?
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Noone?

TWRP's loading screen shows up but goes into normal boot afterwards

Hi,
I'm in the process of rooting my G6 (870H) but I've been running in an issue which doesn't seem to happen to other users.
I have followed all the steps (unlocking the bootloader etc), but when I flash the twrp img, reboot (I've tried numerous times both with fastboot reboot and simply by holding the PWR + VOL- ) and then select 2 times Yes when I run into the factory reset screen it shows me the TWRP loading screen (which I guess is normal ) but instead of going into the twrp options afterwards, the phone simply boots as it usually would.
Does anyone know anything about this issue ? I couldn't find any information about it.
I had this happen, make sure after the screen goes black after booting into twrp, leave it alone. So from bootloader Volume + Power then when LG logo pops up stop pressing power but quickly hold it down again. Then when the screen changes don't press anything until booted into twrp.
If this doesn't work, I remember when I first ran into a soft bricked device. It refused to boot into twrp even though I had rooted it. Just keep trying and one time you'll get lucky, I'm not sure why this happens, but it's just part of life, so keep at it and maybe try a different twrp.

Security Error: This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software & is locked

Hi All,
While booting my Asus Zenphone Selfie (ModelNo: ZD551KL-6J510IN), the screen is stuck at below error:
Security Error: This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software & is locked. Call you mobile operator for additional support. Please note that repair/return for this issue may have additional cost.
I do see the booting logo screen, but it remains there throughout. I tried multiple ways listed below:
1. Just pressed power button and it throws above error and remains there with no further progress or reaction to pressing any buttons.
2. Long pressing the POWER button + Volume Down Key and it shows same as above scenario with no progress.
3. Long pressing of POWER button + Volume Up Key and it shows "Fastboot Mode !!!" in blue text color at the top left corner with the normal boot screen ASUS logo in the middle and remains there with no further progress.
I googled for solutions and saw options using Odin Tool, but they are all specific to Samsung Device. I even downloaded the same and also the phone model firmware (around 1.6Gb), but I dont see the filetypes required by Odin tool in the downloaded zip. Also since the device is locked in that boot screen itself, when connected to System, its not detecting anything and hence when running adb devices it doesnt list any devices attached.
Could you please guide me on how to resolve this? Let me know if I need to provide more details.
Thanks in advance.

TWRP sometimes boots and sometimes the same vol up and power process shows samsung logo screen i need help
okay try this , connect your phone to the laptop or PC and press the volume up button and power button together and once you see Samsung a50 logo come up remove the finger from power button and keep pressing the volume up button till twrp come up and hope fully from there you will get it together and use the phone new
if that dosen't work download the latest firmware of your phone from google and flash it using obin and hopfully it will work
PS you will find plenty of videos how to do it in youtube
