This ROM was created by none other than the great Martin Coulon (@martinusbe). This was created as a side project during his 'free' time while waiting for GZR's Validus & Tesla builds to update. Now if you are wondering why it is called Tipsy, you guessed it. He was actually somewhat drunk when he made it, and even now, most updates/fixes are done while happilyintoxicated, thus keeping the Tipsy motto. It was initially done for the OnePlus One as a joke, however, the love for this ROM was so huge, it found it's way out. We just couldn't keep it to ourselves.
Tipsy has a slim base and has OMS support
Requirement & Instructions
A device with boot loader unlocked is required
TWRP Recovery Highly Recommended
Copy the Rom.zip to SD card,
Boot to TWRP. Wipe cache, dalvik cache, system, data for bug free experience
Flash rom zip
Flash any Gapps (Open Gapps recommended)
Boot to system.
Reboot.... and Done

No miui, im use havoc official before and now after flash this rom just stuck on logo
